Fast call drain service llc

So USSA sends a team from Restotaid (who were amazing) to do the mitigation and repair work. The plumber Ronald Lee Maynard Jr. of Fast Call Drain Service LLC contracted by the HMS tells Debbie Thursday evening that he would be out to inspect and replace the pipe between 11 am and 2 pm on Friday. On Friday he does not show at the appointed time. Debbie phones him; he states he will be out between 3 and 5. Debbie reminds him it is 5 minutes till 3. He states it will be closer to 5 then. Ronald comes out at 4:30 and does NOTHING; he stated that he cannot cut into the wall to inspect and repair the pipe (when we contacted the HMS we found out that was not true) because he only works on exposed pipes. And Ronald was rude and condescending to my wife (lucky for him I was not there). And then he demands cash payment of the $100.00 deductible. Debbie was ready to pay the deductible using a card. Ronald argued with my wife stating “I told you the night before I only take cash or a check” -he did not tell her that. So Ronald follows my wife to an ATM machine and she pays him the $100.00 deductible in cash. So Debbie paid Ronald $100.00 cash and he did nothing. Restoraid cannot complete the restoration until the pipe is repaired. Debbie called HMS and they have yet to send another plumber out to replace the pipe (Debbie was in tears when she made it clear to HMS we did not want Ronald to come back).
