He did a great job, everything was as he said it would be. The actual price was the quoted price. He was very neat when doing the installing and everything was picked up when he left. He took all the old parts with him. We would recommend him. He was very professional and friendly.

lJim, the owner of Dependable heating and Air is a very congenial individual. He explained what was to be done in easy laymen's terms so I understood exactly what he was doing. When asked a question regarding the venting for the furnace, he responded that he would check it out in the fall when the maintenance for the furnace was due. His price is exceptionally reasonable at $159.00 for two visits in one year for the annual maintenance on the air conditioner and furnace. In early 2013, the heating had gone out in the house and we thought it was our furnace. When called on a Sunday night, Jim came out without hesitation, and found the thermostat was the problem. He replaced the thermostat and did not charge an exorbitant amount for a service call fee. As a result of that visit, we purchased the annual furnace/air conditioning maintenance package. Jim's friendliness, his willingness to come out after hours, and his reasonable prices all contributed to our choosing him as our regular contractor for heating and cooling.
