He did a beautiful job! It took a few hours, but I liked that he took his time, didn't leave a mess, and cleaned up afterwords. It looks like a brand new tub! If I had known that it would be so beautiful, I would have called them sooner! He called ahead to let me know that he was going to be an hour late because the job before us was taking longer than expected. I appreciated that courtesy.
Description of Work: I had a coupon from the paper for $50 off. They re-glazed the interior of my antique tub.

Description of Work: The initial coating was not up to par. The subsequent visits at no charge made the work quite acceptable.

THEY DRIPPED SOMETHING ALL OVER MY HARDWOOD FLOORS AND RUINED THEM. HALF OF THINGS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE WORK WERE NOT BROUGHT BY THE CREW. THEY ENDED UP ASKING ME TO GATHERS THINGS OF MY OWN SO THEY COULD PERFORM THE WORK. IN SHORT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

SO, AS JUST TO BE FAIR, WE WERE GREAT AS FAR AS PRICE, QUALITY, RESPONSIVENESS, AND PUNCTUALITY, BUT WE GET A "F" OVERALL? WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, THIS PERSON IS WAY OFF BASE HERE. REGARDING THE "DRIPS", WE WERE CONTACTED BY THEM 2 MONTHS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. WHEN WE ARRIVED, THE "DRIPS" CAME OFF WITH A WET SPONGE AND A BIT OF ELBOW GREASE, WHICH FOR THE RECORD OUR MATERIAL WOULD NOT HAVE DONE. REGARDLESS, WE SMILED AND TRIED TO MAKE THEM HAPPY. ALSO, IT'S TRUE THAT WE DID ASK THEM TO GATHER UP THEIR THINGS IN THE BATHROOM SO THAT WE COULD PERFORM THE WORK. WE DO ASK THIS IN ADVANCE, AS MOST PEOPLE WOULD PREFER WE NOT BE HANDLING THEIR TOOTH BRUSHES, HYGIENE PRODUCTS, ETC. SORRY......
