Description of Work: I scheduled Backyard Dreams to come out at least five times. They never came to perform the work and would call the next day with an excuse and try to reschedule.

Description of Work: This man came in with a contract and we made a down payment. He was late getting started after many excuses. He was always late to show up. After a few days work, he quit altogether. He left a phone message saying he wasn't coming back. We are in the process of trying to obtain some of our down payment back.
