This price is per month for all the services they provide. Our lawn looks great! They follow-up well and even called us at the end of this season to make sure we were satisfied. I will continue to use in the future and would recommend them to others.

I'm happy with their service and have seen good results in the way the yard looks.

They are very easy to deal with and conscientious. I can recommend them with no reservations.

Generally good, but you need to monitor what they are doing. I had a couple weeks when they did not mow. It seems that they were mowing a different address by mistake.

We mostly wanted the overseeding to fix a large dead patch of grass from last summer. Everything has gone fine with two glitches. We wanted the overseeding first to resolve that as soon as possible, but the fertilizing and bug control treatments started right away, which prevented the overseeding until later in the summer. Not a big deal, but we would have re-ordered the services if we'd known. The overseeding itself wasn't done properly, and we had to call and have a manager come out to take a look. He ended up putting down more seed. We feel that was resolved quickly and appropriately. Our lawn looks great as a result of all the work that's been done.

OUR SHRUBS ARE LOOKING GOOD. OUR LAWN THE PAST YEAR HAS LOOKED BAD. WE CALLED THE LAWN DIVISION AND THEY DID NOT GET OUR LAWN BACK TO LOOKING LIKE IT DID.

I didn't have the service long enough to judge whether or not it did any good. Our service technician was leaving invoices at the door that were illegible. After several promises that it would be corrected, I told the company I wouldn't pay an invoice I couldn't read. I even spoke to the service tech himself which did no good. We talked to several "higher tier" managers, none of which could rectify the situation and passed the buck on to someone else. We filed a complaint with the BBB to settle it.

Overall, I don't feel the service is worth the money. I have used this company for a few years. My lawn still has weeds. The back lawn doesn't get fertilized and it is just as nice as the front lawn. We asked several times to be taken off their 'do not solicit' list and they still kept calling us to sell more services.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR A FEW YEARS AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY HAVE KEPT OUR LAWN LOOKING NICE AND GREEN WITH NO WEEDS. WE PLAN TO CONTINUE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE.

THE TWO GENTLEMEN WHO HAVE BEEN MOWING OUR LAWN HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB. TONY EASTERLY AND HIS PARTNER, WHOSE NAME I DON'T RECALL, ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB WITH THE CLEANUP, TRIMMING AND EDGING, AFTER CUTTING THE GRASS. EARLIER IN THE YEAR, TRUGREEN DID THE SPRING CLEANUP, INCLUDING PUTTING DOWN MULCH. WE THOUGHT THAT JOB WAS FAIR.

ASKED THEM NOT TO DO THE BACKYARD BECAUSE OF MY PETS. THEY DID, AND THEY GOT SICK, THIS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE.

WE SAW THESE GUYS ACROSS THE STREET FROM US AND ASKED THEM TO COME OVER AND SPRAY FOR WEEDS. THEY DID, AND BILLED US, BUT THE WEEDS NEVER DIED. THEY CAME BACK WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW THEY WERE COMING, SPRAYED AGAIN AND KILLED MY LAWN BY BURNING IT OUT. WE REFUSE TO PAY THE SECOND PAYMENT UNTIL THEY RECTIFY THE SITUATION. NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WHAT THEY DID.

TERRIBLE: THEY CAME BACK IN JULY AND DID 2 MORE SERVICES THAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM NOT TO DO. THANK G-D I RECORDED MY CONVERSATION WITH THE SALESPERSON. THEY STILL HAVEN'T RESOLVED THE ISSUE, EVEN THOUGH I'VE E-MAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, COPIES OF OUR CONVERSATION, STATING I DID NOT WANT ANY WORK DONE AFTER MAY. THEY WILL CALL AT ALL TIMES OF THE EVENING, EVEN IF YOU TELL THEM NOT TO, TRYING TO SELL SERVICES THAT I DON'T NEED.

VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK, WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR MANY YEARS. OUR WEEDS AND CRAB GRASS HAVE BEEN UNDER CONTROL AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON SCHEDULE WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY BURNED OUR LAWN, TOOK FAR TOO LONG TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, AND KEPT BILLING US INCESSANTLY.

THEY DO WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO AND LEAVE THE INVOICE WHICH ALWAYS INCLUDES AN ANALYSIS OF OUR LAWN. THEY WILL SPOT TREAT WEEDS IN BETWEEN REGULAR SERVICE.

MY PROBLEM WITH THEM IS THAT THEY TOLD ME THAT HAD A LOT OF GRUBS ON MY BUSHES AND I REALLY DIDN'T THINK SO. THEY ALSO TRIED TO OVER SELL ME, BUT OTHER THAN THAT THEY DID A FINE JOB.

IVE HAD THEM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. I HAVE THEM CALL BEFORE THEY DO THE LAWN TREATMENTS AND THEY ALWAYS DO SO THE NIGHT BEFORE.

HIRED THE COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF WEEDS and TO FERTILIZE HER YARD THIS YEAR. DID NOT GET RID OF WEEDS. MEMBER CALLED COMPANY REPEATEDLY ABOUT THE PROBLEM, SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. NEVER DID. MEMBER HELD LAST PAYMENT, COMPANY KEPT CALLING ABOUT BILL.
