TMS Construction

Description of Work: I have been calling multiple companies and get frustrated with how long it often takes to get a response - if you even do. The owner picked up - and we had a good conversation on the phone about my roof (which is a flat roof, needed coating) and he was honest and said he wasn't the right person for it - and told me specifically what he could do. (Any roof that worked with shingles:) I appreciated his honesty and his professionalism.

Description of Work: I called TMS on 5/18 and he picked up to talk. We discussed the job I needed done and he gave me an approximate estimate. He said that he would stopped by in the afternoon. I waited for him to come or call and he did neither. The following day I called another conractor Update: TMS did call and explained that he had the wrong phone number that he received from me and did try to contact me. Angie's list gave him the correct phone number and he called me about a week later. I would be willing to try them in the future

Description of Work: TMS repaired part of my roof where it was leaking and also repaired drywall that was damaged. The owner personally repaired my roof and I have not had any leaks since. When the drywall was repaired he made sure the paint was the exact match-you can't even tell I had any repairs done. They will be returning in the summer to redo my siding. The owner and his employees were professional and quick.
