Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable about my needs. My only concern was that we are ready to add a new DVR and more cameras and was told we would receive some info on some equipment to choose from on-line but we never heard from anyone again. That is the reason we were changing our previous security company because they were not dependable. I was very happy with the work performed and the ability of the technician. But security is so important that it is imperative that the technician can be counted on to complete the service required. Other than that he did a very good job.

Great customer service. After they drilled a hole through the exterior wall to run the wiring they never cleaned up the mess from drilling. The cover they placed over the hole looks tacky (to big and loose ). I would have shared this with the owner if he'd followed up about the service but no one ever called me nor provided me with a receipt.

Security Plus of NE Ohio was very reasonable in terms of price and very flexible in terms of scheduling. They were very professional in their installation. My one concern was that configuration of one of our two smart phones was left to me which I did take care of myself. Other concern was that they had no wall plate to cover the hole in the wall that the camera cables were routed through but said they would send a plate to me via mail that I could install. Otherwise, these guys were very professional, friendly, and again very reasonable in terms of price.

I was satisfied with the job that was done. It took longer than expected and there was a mishap with some wayward drilling but the problem was fixed. The professionals were polite and cleaned up. When i had a question on the weekend, Ron took my call and was patient while I tried to follow his intructions. I would recommend them.

Ron gave me a great price for job / equipment needed. He was friendly and kept me updated as the job progressed. the job did take a little longer than anticipated due to some technical issues, but would recommend Security Plus for sure.
