They answered my inquiry within an hour. Mike and Karl came out same day and if not for a sudden snowfall would have repaired it on the spot. Came back two days later and did the job. Completely explained how they would do the repair and took photos of the repair as they did it. Also inspected my attics. Polite, professional,conversant and truly seem to enjoy helping people.

Very quick response. Showed up same day as we talked to them. Took pictures of roof before and after to show what needed repair and that it was repaired. Very polite and took time to explain the repairs needed. Plan to use them for other projects down the road.

Outstanding. Karl contacted me within minutes of posting an inquiry on Home Advisor. Gave me an estimate of when they would arrive (same day) and called me to confirm once they were enroute. Karl and Mike arrived in the time frame estimated. I was having ice-dam issues. They assessed the work, and were very knowledgeable in explaining the problem and my options. They gave me an estimate, and did not try to up sell. Did the work the same day. I even referred a neighbor having a similar issue. They were very friendly and personable. Refreshing to get this kind of service.

Mike and Karl arrived on time and were very knowledgeable owners/operators. Performed repair on first call, provided photographic record and explained full process for installation of new seals and sleeves for plumbing vent pipes on roof. Moisture was leaking around cracks in old seals. Very happy with fast and effective service.

The company responded quickly and was helpful with my insurance claim. The two gentlemen who accessed the situation came across as very knowledgeable. All debris was cleared. I rate the quality of the roof shingles and workmanship as very good and would recommend the company.

They came out to provide an estimate of what my roof repair would cost. I thought I needed a whole new roof but they saw where the shingles had blown up causing the leak and did the job right then and there. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
