Rob was on time for the appointment and carefully explained the process. He gave me a clear diagnosis of the issues and a clear explanation of what repairs were needed and the costs. I am very particular about who I let into my home to do any work. Rob was very professional and respectful of my home. He was very efficient but not rushed. I would definitely use this company again for upcoming projects

The chimney could not be swept. There was additional work that needed to be done prior to having the chimney swept.

We had him over, I thought he was wonderful. He was very personable, very honest, I would hire him in a minute. We did not go ahead yet with it. We are trying to get our house ready to sell, that is what our story is, and I did not realize it was going to be that much money. What we are going to do, I think although we will have our other real estate person coming over tomorrow night, is to point that out to them, and that it's going to be fixed. That would be a bargaining thing to bring the price down. You are going to lose that one way or the other, either when they are writing a contract it's going to come off, or it's going to come off now. We don't want to go through all the masses and the discipline of that. I was going to leave the quote for the people that purchase the house, to let them know we did take a look at it to let them know how much it is. He was just wonderful and went through every step. We even ended up talking about our families. He's just really nice. I trust him, I would go away and even leave him the key to the house if he needed to use the bathroom. I just feel bad, normally if we were staying here we would have to do this, but we're not. I just wanted to forget the hassle of it and take it off the price of our house. That's the only reason why I didn't use him, but I would give his name to anybody. Actually that did not include some credits. He credit me back. He didn't clean my fireplace because he didn't have to, and then the credit from Angie's List. I would give him and "A" because of himself, his response, and feeling confident about his work. The price is probably fine, maybe they're all that price. I don't know that. I don't want to hurt him. If I had called a few other people for quotes, and if they were a few hundred dollars less than him, then his price is right where it should be. We had no one to compare it with.

I used them almost a year ago but just realized I never left a review. The tech was very professional and informative. Gave recommendations for repairs and the best way to proceed. Once I have the money for all the repairs I will be using QPS.

We decided the chimney work needed to be completed immediately since the brick and mortar was crumbling. QPS arrived on-time and completed the work in two days as scheduled, was considerate of our neighbor whose driveway is right below the work area, neatly took down the old chimney to the roofline, saved the chimney cap for reuse since it was in good shape, brought new brick to match the original and did an extremely neat job of rebuilding the chimney from the roof line up. Work was completed on a Friday and Saturday. The two-man team worked hard, paid attention to detail and did a great job at cleaning up the work area when they were finished. We'll have them come back when it's time for phase 2 and phase 3.

Called several places for quotes, Rob came out to have a look which some other did not, so that was appreciated. Price was competitive and he seemed to know what he was talking about so I decided to go with him. Called in late fall and they were able to schedule the install in a week which was appreciated considering the season. Installers showed up on time, did a good job, made sure I was satisfied. Overall I would recommend them and use them again.

They did a great job, also had some mortar left and let grand daughter make a mold of her hand.

Things went well, found out we have a lot of work that needs to be done on our chimney. We will be hiring them again once we have the money together to address the issues that came to light during the inspection.

They were very professional and they went above and beyond what they needed to do. The workers were good and they cleaned up after themselves.

Robert arrived on time. Showed me digital pictures of the chimney and possible issues. Cleaned the chimney and assessed the entire chimney system, including the hot water heater flue. Gave me pricing for correcting some issues and told me which were more important than others. No high pressure or scare tactics.
