Bill responded quickly to my request for a replacement of our two level deck and pergola that was over 35 years old. I wanted basically the same look but they had a few great ideas to make things easier for me in my old age. Like widening the steps and adding a third step so it was not as steep. Bo and his crew were very clean and careful with the demolition and construction and brought things that were needed up to code. I would definitely hire them again for future projects and would recommend them too!

They totally went above and beyond

Our tree fell, damaging our deck, aluminum siding, roof, and gutter. After getting several estimates, we chose Master Deck Builders because they could fix all of the above at a reasonable price.It was the best choice we could have made! They were professional, prompt, courteous and most importantly highly skilled. The finished job has exceeded our expectations. Bill and Brian bent over backwards to fix our problems and even help us with an appeal to our insurance company. Needless to say, we would highly recommend them!

We had our deck replaced by Master Deck Builders Cleveland. Our wooden deck was failing and becoming unsafe, and we needed it replaced as soon as possible. Bill was quick to respond to our request for a quote and was able to get us on the schedule for a new deck for the very next week. The tear down of our old deck, construction of the new deck, including last minute design adjustments, and clean up went very smoothly. Bill, Brian, and Tim were a pleasure to work with, kept us informed throughout the entire project and did a fantastic job. We are incredibly happy with our new composite deck and would not hesitate to recommend Master Deck Builder Cleveland for your next project.

One of the best home renovation experiences Iâ ve ever had. My wood deck was beginning to show signs of damage and I decided to completely replace it with composite decking.
