JOANNE'S CLEANING SERVICE

We have been using Joanne and her staff for our bi-weekly cleaning service for a little over a year now. After a rocky start Joanne has worked with her staff to ensure we have a pleasant experience every other week. Her staff is always courteous, professional and thorough in their cleaning of our home. I feel that most of their staff treats my home with the same gentle care as they would there own. Her service offers a good value for the money, and has easily saved my marriage. :)

I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am with my service. After spending all day today re-cleaning the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, I now noticed that you did not clean them at all. I had asked that you wipe the inside out and scrub the outside doors. Every cabinet had dust in them and some of the kitchen cabinets had wood pieces, spices, dart form a dart gun and straws. The bathrooms had empty medicine bottles, q-tips and just grossness. I asked that you wipe down the bathroom sinks that were operable and none of them were cleaned well at all. The corners of the floors in the bathrooms were not cleaned. The bathroom with the single standing shower was not wiped on the doors or around the outside of the doors. On top of it all we were told our home had black mold which was untrue. I even questioned the kitchen and you told me you did try to clean them it just wouldn't come off. It even came off with plain water and no cleaners.
