Description of Work: remove and replace carpet and pad on stairs, 2nd floor hall and 2 bedrooms

Description of Work: The actual installation of the laminate was OK however the installer hit and marked our walls several times with the laminate boards. The worker actually used the saw INSIDE our home and we had an attached lighted garage available to be used. There was a fine layer of sawdust following this! The installer did a terrible job of cutting the shoe molding and cut one piece at the wrong angle. When they entered our home they slid the boxes of laminate directly on our great room beige carpet without any thought to putting down any sort of protection for the carpet. I have gone to the Elyria store with pictures. The manager from the Sandusky store came to our home to observe the work and took some pictures of his own. To date we have not heard a word from him about when we might expect someone to come and repair the incorrectly cut shoe molding. Since a painter was coming to caulk and paint my husband correctly cut another piece of shoe molding and since we had no nail gun we used glue to attach it to the baseboard. We purchased new shoe molding, painted it and paid extra money to have it installed. We would never recommend this company or would we ever purchase another product from them as we were less than satisfied!
