Dan Farley was very informative and professional throughout the estimating, installation and follow-up processes. His quotes are competitive and, most importantly, he did not subcontract the work. His skilled crew did a top-notch job to budget and on schedule. I wish we would have gone with Farley roofing for our initial roof replacement. My husband and I highly recommend Farley Roofing to anyone considering roof repairs or replacement. You'll be extremely satisfied!

While I ultimately did not use Farley Roofing my interactions from start to finish were exactly what I expect as a consumer. As a female home-owner I often do not get straightforward talk and treatment by contractors. I would recommend this company to friends w.o hesitation.

Farley Roofing not only installed new flashing but matched the flashing to the color of our roof. They were extremely professional and courteous and got the job done on time They cleaned up and hauled away all old materials. The roofers were very careful not to damage any of our landscaping. The cost was very fair and the quality was excellent. They also offered a 50 year warranty at a very fair price. I would definitely refer this company to anyone!

The estimate/contract stated that work would be completed within 6 weeks. On the day of signing contract the contractor said that because job was fairly small they might be able to perform the work within days. That night they called to say they could be there the next morning between 8 am and 11 am. I said OK. The work crew, 5 guys, came at 10 am. They nicely covered the gardens flanking the garage, carefully trimmed a small tree overhanging one roof, and got right to work. The job was finished by 3 pm after a final review by the boss. After the crew left, except for the new roof, you couldn't really tell that anyone had been there! I could find no debris on the ground near the garage, nothing out of place. The final cost was exactly as quoted. Farley Roofing did a speedy and excellent job. I recommend them highly.

They were actually nice. They came out, they were responsive and got me a bid quickly. I did not end up selecting them for the job because their timeline didn't work out, but they were respectful. I had nothing bad to say about them. Their professionalism was good. Their presentation was good. I felt like they would have been very confident. Our roofing needed a little bit of construction in addition so they had a carpenter that they worked with that they suggested but the carpenter's timeline is what actually didn't work out for us. We were trying to beat the winter and it set in early and they wouldn't have been able to start because of the carpenter's timeline. I thought that they were very professional and I would definitely call them again for another job. They were very responsive and timely. The bid they gave was smack in the middle. It was really just the time frame, the only reason why I didn't select them, they were going to be my first choice. Their punctuality was great.

He was very good. He said that to take the drain off. I had to fight with the decision. So, he cleared it off for me. He told me what he could do for it or if I wanted to take of it myself. He was very nice. He did not charge me for the service and advice he did.

We had our roof replaced in June 2011 and have had absolutely no issues with the material or installation.. Dan Farley and his crew were very professional. They used quality materials and took the time to do the job right. They cleaned up all the debris and took the time to protect our landscaping. Many roofs in our area had hail damage and we had quite a few "storm chasers" contact us and our neighbors. Dan Farley's price was lower than the others and he is still in business at the same location if we would ever need him to honor his warranty. Our neighbors even had Farley Roofing do their roof because they liked the look of ours! We have a very steep roof and Dan's crew used all the safety equipment they were suppose to. We watched other contractor's crews on the roof in the dark and with no safety equipment. Dan and his crew did a great job and we would highly recommend them!

Dan Farley is great! From the original estimate (not the lowest, but not the highest) to completion they were wonderful. We had to be squeezed in at the end of the season, and we trusted him to do the job while we were on vacation! When we returned the roof was finished, the property cleaned up, and the landscaping was uninjured. On one of the last days of work (I think it was a three-day job), Dan noticed that a patio door was slightly open. He called me to report that. (Our house-sitter had left the door ajar to let the cats in). This company, and Dan Farley in particular, gave special service, and our roof (high, and with many angles) looks great.

It was a good experience and Dan, the owner, was very easy to work with. They cleaned up everything well and seemed to do a good job.

They came out within a couple of days. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. We did not buy the house that needed the work, but we would have used Farley?s if we had purchased the house.

Good price and excellent quality work. They use high quality products and the new roof looks great. They are a GAF/ELK certified installer so I was able to get an upgraded warranty. They also carry there own liability insurance policy. Would definitely recommend this company for honest, quality work.

Dan Farley promptly returned my call to come out and give me an estimate. He is extremely knowledgable and gave a fair assessment of the condition of the roof. We had been experiencing a leak at a window in an addition on the house, after Dan's inspection, he assured us that after a new roof installation this would no longer be a problem (he was correct). His crew were on time and efficient and did a great job cleaning up. Of course Dan will come by later and inspect the job and the premises! This was a totally painless experience - I wish they could all be this way!

The owner was very responsive, honest, professional, and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to provide information to me remotely because I was out of state. They also did a great job of cleaning up every night. I would highly recommend this company, they are outstanding.

This project went very smoothly. Dan went out of his way to work with me on questions and financing for the roof. Dan estimated two days to do the job and was done in a day and a morning. He and his associates cleaned up very well during and after the job. There was no inconvenience at all on my part. The roof shingles were laid out perfectly. I had no problems with fly-aways during storms or winds. He even left some spare shingles in case they were needed in the future. Overall he and his associates were fast and efficient and performed quality work. He also gave me a followup call a month later to make sure that everything was going okay and that there were no problems.

A leak in the master bedroom ceiling developed. Called the company and the owner came out the same day (within a few hours). Even though there was ice and snow on the roof (it was middle of February) he still got on the roof and took some pictures and also inspected the leak from the inside. He informed us that there were some shingles that have deteriorated in the area of the leak. He gave us an estimate at that time for a tear-off and replacement roof and came back the next day with roof samples. We chose the roof and as soon as the weather broke and got a little warmer (about 5 days later) he was out at the house with his crew. The entire job took one day.
