I've been very happy with it. I used to have another provider and I would lose signal all the time, but with the Dish Network if there's a storm sometimes you might lose a little service a little while you can't pick it off the satellite but you get it back as soon as the storm goes by. Whenever I have had problems and when I have called they were able to fix it over the phone right away.

On top of all this, the rep was EXTREMELY hard to understand, and I am a person who very rarely has a problem understanding accented speech. I have always been under the impression that the object was to gain customers when they call inquiring about service, not to chase them away. I called because I am a current Time Warner Cable customer and have had to have 2 service calls in 2 weeks. I will remain a TWC customer though, because at least their customer service department appears to care about their customers.

I do not like Dish at all!!! The only good thing i could say is it is a pretty reliable signal. I called and was asked for a credit card number and quot;just to verify you have a valid card, your card will not be chargedand quot;. After speaking to two people ( Dish and Windstream) for internet,phone,and cable I was at the end of the hour long call. I asked if I needed to pay the first month now, they advised me my card had already been charged (the one they said they were not charging) Well I didnt have enough money in that account and never planned to use it after complaining i was told the payment was reversed and they took the correct card number. Then I got a letter from my bank I was overdrafted!!!! from guess who....DISH! After straightening all that out with my bank I got my first bill...The package that i agreed to went from $75 to $110.....from monthly fees added on.......what a joke

I don't like Dish Network very much. Their service is reliable, their equipment is good. Their price is not that great. My daughter likes all the Disney films and they don't offer that.

When I moved to a home, someone had hooked me up with it, told me that was part of the cheapest for the number of channels with the package I was looking for and based on the price, so far I feel it is fine.

I don't hate it. I would certainly recommend it to others. I think it is a better package. We had the satellite going off especially when it rains and when there is a bad weather. I also have a traditional cable running up to each of my room and hooked it up to my TV. The quality of signal reception is good when the weather is good.
