Custom Gutter Inc

Sales manager promptly arrived for our June 5, 2018 appointment, reviewed the job, listened to what we wanted, made some good suggestions & said he'd send a quote within a few days. It's now August 10, 2018 & we're still waiting for that quote. I don't know if job was too small (although Custom replaced our gutters in 2017 for a cost of $2,100, which included a middle man's cut), or if our info was lost, or if he just flat out didn't want to do business with us. All I know is I initiated the call for a quote & I'm not calling again to find out why we fell off the radar.

They did a good job. They were on time and called afterwards to check in to make sure everything was okay. It was a very good experience. I was happy with their work.

Could not have been better. They were punctual, professional, and they cleaned up everything when they were done.

The results were excellent. I had had other quotes which were lower in cost, but I chose the one that I felt would do the best job. I had an additional down spout also installed in order to facilitate the removal of water on my north side of my house. They placed 6" gutters all around, and 3" x 4" down spouting as per my request. I had researched that option, and decided it would solve any and all rainfalls in Avon Lake. Since we have been having many very heavy down falls lately, I felt that was the way to go. We also have rain barrels at 5 of the down spouts, so they had the additional time of cutting open the spouting for their accessability. There also are many flowers and bushes around my house, and the crew avoided trampling them to death. Their work was excellent with clean up each day, and at the end of the job there was NO junk left lying. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was considering this for their home. Since this is not only an improvement to the home, but also a necessity, I am more than pleased with the job Custom Gutter did.
