Chris Beagle came out within a day of my having contacted him about the need to resolve some drainage issues in my yard. He consulted with us, patiently and thoroughly, regarding the steps that would be necessary to determine the nature of the problem, develop possible solutions. He completed the first phase of the work within a week, being delayed only by weather issues. He and his crew were prompt, meticulous, and complete. Our second project was complete just days after the first. His drainage plan has been effective and we can see that our situation has improved, even in this terribly wet spring!! It is also of note that when one of Chris's solutions did not strike me as aesthetically pleasing, he went right to work on another, and was quite understanding of my position. Easy to reach, extremely responsive. CL Beagle is a problem solver!!
