carpet installation
+ -1 moreVery irate, the installing crew was OK but they were a sub contractor. The salesman lied to us, he said they would haul the carpet off and get off the property but when the installers showed up they said they do not do that type of work. Talked to the manager who said she talked to the salesman and the president of the company and was not in the contract. But when they wanted to make the sale the salesman made the commitment. The president of the company refused to talk to me directly, only thru the manager. Basically I consider them untrustworthy and misleading, I would NEVER recommend this company. Even the installer said they always seem to have trouble with this store.
Description of Work: Provided carpet for 3 rooms and a hallway.
