The company was prompt contacting me before the appointment, and he was prompt arriving. He was very professional and was able to explain everything he was looking at, and why he's giving me suggestions for fixes. Overall a very good experience.

Brian was prompt, polite, and professional. He asked up front if there were areas of concern, and then thoroughly investigated these areas. He was very honest, pointing out what areas were in good shape and what areas would need attention. He even showed me a few things I could do easily myself in the future to keep things up and running. He made it clear that his job was to educate me to make an informed decision, not to sell me something I didn't need. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company and this service. I hope my roof lasts a while yet, but I will definitely get an estimate from them down the road when it needs to be replaced.

I bought an Angie's List Spring Roof Maintenance Package "Big Deal" on line. Stacey, from Bill Jackson Roofing, called the next day to schedule an appointment, that worked with my schedule. Brian showed up, on time, asked some questions and explained what he was going to do. He performed the inspection/maintenance. When he was finished, he told me what he had checked, what he had done and that I didn't have any issues with the roof. So Easy! If I ever have roof trouble in the future, I'll definitely call Bill Jackson Roofing.

It worked out well. They were very professional yet cordial. What impressed me was that Bill Jackson himself came out to look at the home. He said that my home's roof could last another 2-3 years and recommended a few repairs.

They were too high so we went with someone else. There was a week lag time between the appointment and when we got the estimate.

Excellent. Bill Jackson showed the prospective buyer the condition of the roof on the addition and stated exactly what needed to be done to correct any problems.

On both accounts, they did very good work. Two of the three primary guys, Ryan and Troy, were very good workers, and worked on both projects. Troy is a master carpenter, and did an excellent job. I thank them both for their hard work! Bill Jackson himself put in the bid, and he was great.

The roofing job first. The workers did a great job in tearing off and replacing the asphalt singles. They worked in unison and cleaned up afterword and there was no mess that I had to clean up. Which was wonderful. The siding project. The workers showed up weather permitting and completed the job in a professional manner and cleaned up after themselves. They had a lot of prep work to do on the building before they could install the siding. Again I did not have to clean up after them.

I called Bill Jackson Roofing and talked with Stacy their receptionist. She was very up beat and polite and scheduled me an appointment with Bill. Bill was able to come out same day. Found I had an Ice back-up problem, due to the previous roofing company I had hired 2 years ago did not use Ice and water shield. Bill was very knowledgeable and had 2 guys come out the very next day to perform the work. They were very professional and quick. I went to the store to buy them some soda and when I got back they were almost done. Clean-up was if they were never at my house. I would recommend this company to anyone with a roof problem. The difference between Jackson Roofing and the previous hired company was Bill Jackson and his employees walked me through each step and explained to me why they were doing what they were doing. Thanks again.

He did the work, he left mid-job because of a torrential rainstorm, and I ended up with roof leaks because of it. He addressed the problem. I had to have my living room ceiling repainted and he deducted that amount from the total. I had to have the roof structure rebraced and his carpenter put his foot through the ceiling, but he deducted the cost of the repair from the price of the job. He never applied for the warranty from GAF and he will not return my calls. GAF gives a warranty to their customers but the contractor has to apply for it so now I don’t have one. I thought he did a good job on the roof and I think it looks nice. The other problem is that they came the day before the tear off for a decision about the color of the tiles, and I may have chosen a different color if I had been given more time. It was at the end of the season so things were very rushed. He was trying to finish a lot of jobs and I think that impacted the work he did for me.

BILL AND DENNIS JACKSON ARE LIKEABLE GUYS WHO KNOW THEIR BUSINESS. THEIR CREW INSTALLED A GREAT ROOF AND MINIMIZED DISRUPTION TO OUR HOUSE. THOROUGH CLEAN-UP THROUGHOUT PROJECT.
