It went very well; however, I was not up on the roof to be able to accurately describe the details.

I was very impressed by the very quick response by Bill Jackson himself who came to my home to examine my roof and provide me with an estimate. He got onto my roof and, and following a very thorough examination, found several areas of concern. One was a loosened roof vent (the probable cause for the water leak), several loose shingles, and some cracked caulking around a soil pipe, and some unsealed chimney flashing. He carefully documented these areas of concern with photos he took of each area and included with his charge to repair them. I was also concerned by some algae growth on my roof which he assured me he could safely remove before there was any shingle damage. Bill was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I agreed to his assessment and agreed to have the work he suggested done. In a couple of days, two of his employees came to do the work. They explained the steps they were going to do to protect vegetation from the algae remover run off, what repairs they were going to perform and answered all my questions/concerns. They too were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. My roof looks like it is brand new, and I no longer have water leaking into my house when it rains. I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Bill Jackson Roofing, Inc.

It went fine. They showed up when they said they would, they did what they said they would, and they cleaned up.

It was much quicker than I anticipated. The crew was in and out in a day and returned the next day for a few hours. Very painless. New roof looks great. Office staff was very responsive and helpful during the quote and contract stage.

No Show. No call to cancel until almost an hour after the appointment time.

The work looks great and the leak is gone. My only complaint is that it took a while to get the work scheduled. But once that happened they did the job in less than a day. Good guys, very professional and no mess left behind.

Bill came out to my home to provide an estimate on a few areas of concern that were uncovered during a house inspection. I made the appointment with Bill's office, which he late followed up upon to gather more details. Bill arrived on time the day of the appointment and even called before to let me know he was 10 minutes away. Bill then proceeded to perform his inspection and then went over a detailed printed report of his findings. He did inform me that some of my concerns regarding proper venting and flashing were actually ok and the level of repairs needed was nowhere near what I was expecting. His honestly was very much appreciated. Since there was no immediate threat off damage we have decided to wait until spring to have our repairs made. At that time, we will use Bill Jackson roofing.

Extra material was needed for a back patio. Mr. Jackson provided us with an estimate. His workers arrived at the scheduled time and did a good job.

Attic inspection lead to discovery of some problems with venting. Recommended vented soffits in problem area. Did good job with installing soffitts and making repairs. I will consider for future roof.

This was an Angie's List $99 roof maintenance package with a "value" of $250. Bill Jackson himself briefly inspected the roof and gave me a $1235.40 estimate for reshingling and sealing around chimney and stacks ,chimney tuck pointing, and ice guard, all of which were way beyond the scope of the package, in fact the first words out of his mouth when he arrived were to inquire about flashing issues. The package was to include inspection, minor roof repairs, reseal around pipe collars and up to four flashing penetrations which is all my roof really needed. Also included was an interior inspection to check for leaks. He never set foot in the house, or asked to. From his photos and my brother's past looks, I told him what little needed to be done really, to which he huffily replied that he'd send two guys out with a bucket to reseal those small areas- for an additional $60. So all I got for my $250 "value" was a brief roof inspection and quote, which would be free to any cold caller, a $99 discount off the elaborate upsell( take that for what it's worth), and zero actual maintenance. This was simply a foot in the door sales call. A request for a refund a week later was refused, as I knew it would be from spending what little time I did with this operator.

Bill Jackson was great. He was on time, professional, and addressed all my concerns. At the end of the appointment, he alerted me to a couple of items on the roof that will need replaced in a few years, but there was zero pressure to get work done before it was necessary. I highly recommend Bill Jackson Roofing!

We had 3 quotes done and they were the lowest and what we felt was most realistic for the scope of the job. They had to come out 3 different times to deal with errors in workmanship. This was done is a very professional manner. Some of the issues they took care of: they reflashed the wrong chimney initially but owned up to the error and came back and reflashed the contracted chimney. After reflashing the correct chimney, we realized they did not replace all of the rotted decking. They came out a third time and replaced the decking, again owning up to the error. We really appreciated the professionalism on what really is a small job for them. All work when completed was very well done and left us very happy!

The deal wasn't very clear. I thought they'd be doing some work for what I paid, and they said that it was just an evaluation. In the end, we worked it out after I spoke with Mr. Jackson.

Process was smooth. Had to wait a bit to get work done because of uncooperative weather, but once things got rolling all was smooth. Initial visit done by owner Bill Jackson. Bill performed a thorough roof inspection with photos and we determined the roof needed new shingles in areas, a bay window roof needed to be redone, areas under the dormers needed attention and that we could remove a chimney that was in bad shape and replace with a vent stack. Once work started, it took 1.5 days. Workers were on time, polite and informative. They also were cognizant of my scheduling needs. So far, the finished product seems to be done well and correctly. The leak hasn't spread further, and the vent stack appears to be working as planned.

Bill was a really nice man with a professional attitude. We enjoyed working with him. His workers did exactly as promised and when two fans that we thought were not vented to the outside turned out to be vented through our overhang, he deducted the amount we were going to pay for that service even though the workers spent some time in the attic looking for the fans. He is fair, honest and dependable. I would definitely call him again.

Roof was too steep. They couldn't do the job without special equipment. I am submitting a refund. They were polite and professional.

This provider was very clear on what services would be provided. The start date was pushed back because of the weather, but I was never called on the days that the work could have been started. The project once started went smooth, and the crew was very professional. The clean up was poor, I had to replace two tires on my car, and my wife had to go to the hospital to get a roofing nail removed from her foot. I asked the owner to send the crew back out to clean again, but I'm still finding old shingles with nails attached. After this review I received a call from Mr. Jackson and the clean up issues were resolved. THANK YOU.

They were extremely quick to get me an estimate and subsequently fix the roof. Would highly recommend and will plan to use for any future work needed.

Came on time. Did the roof inspection and was welling to do the minor repair on the spot. His charge was very reasonable and he alleviated my concern with a roof leak of some sort due to the harsh winter.

Bill returned our call immediately and stopped by the next day to check the damage and give a quote. A crew came the following day to make the repairs . They came the following day to make the repairs, they were prompt, professional and the cost was actually less than the quote and totally cleaned everything up before leaving. We would hire them again in a heartbeat
