Description of Work: I called for the provider to come to my house to give me an estimate on lawn services. He told me he would be out to my house the following Wed. and he would call me before he came. He never called, never came to my house. When I called him to ask if he was coming over he told me "nope maybe tomorrow night". I asked for a concrete time he "I don't know" and proceeded to tell me to " get someone else". He proceeded to hang up on me.
