The gentleman was very nice and respectful. He worked very hard to fix our issue and was determined not to give up even if it started raining. I have added them to my contact list incase I ever need them again.

we paid him july 31 2024 $200.00 and he started but never finish kept makeing excuses but he did work out a payment plan $200.00 a month

Great service!!! They quickly repaired my water heater and were punctual and very dedicated towards their work. The rate is also very comfortable according to other workers in the market. I can fully trust them for future plumbing services!!!

They came out and were very knowledgeable, I felt but he did not want to do the transaction through Angi even though I read through the app it was a free estimate but I ended up given a $75 come out fee. I was told he would contact my insurance company. I waited a week and contacted my insurance company, and there were no messages or numbers on the caller I.D. from the number I provided, I have just been sitting in limbo.. I believe it is because I did not have cash up front.. So be careful he says he is God fearing, but thats not what God would do.. I am glad I had my nephew come over so I would not be here alone

Very knowledgeable and reasonable with good prices. James was only their to give me an estimate but, they found a leak and went to work right away for me.

Very prompt and attentive. Great communication and very affordable rates with payment plans. Walked me thru step-by-step process of what was done and even taught me a few things for preventative maintenance. Decided to rehire them to come back for a few other projects needed around the house. Very friendly - would highly recommend! :)

They worked hard and did a nice job. We had a couple obstacles with the city of Toledo with street and sidewalk paving but these guys got it done and we have great water pressure and the meter is in a much better place.

did not complete job did not show up on time, I waited days for him. said he had staff of 5, I saw 1ftt and 1 pt. still not complete 6 wks later

James was friendly and answered all my questions and what he had to do to take care of the problem that I had. He did fast and clean work. What I had was a emergency job and he got there and got to it as soon as possible. Thank you James. If it ever come down to it again with a problem on my property its Pride Custom Comstruction I am calling. He even did it on a Saturday. Where other people or companys dont do this kind a work on a sat.
