"I would like to highly recommend Jim and his team from “The Patio Room Factory”. My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. Working with Jim as an owner is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. The whole team is very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. "Chad Thompson of KST started project in April and still hasn’t finished phase 1 as of 9/7/18. They stopped showing up August 3 and we have not seen them since. I have called and texted him every day since but he refuses to answer. We still don’t have counter tops, sink, disposal and dishwasher installed. At this point we just want our counter top that he says he ordered and is in and fence panels. DO NOT hire this company. I know of two other family’s that he has done this to."
