I called late on one day and Jack Martin came the following day to give me an estimate on removing the tree. He told me the concerns with the location (at an intersection of two streets) and the size of the tree (approximately 85 feet tall) and answered all of my questions in a professional manner and gave me as estimate to remove the tree. I decided to hire the company to do the job. The day that they were supposed to do the job, the weather was bad with rain and a lot of wind, so he postponed taking down the tree until the next day. The crew arrived that day at the time they promised and began work on removing the tree. Since I live on the corner the streets had to be blocked off and Martin's took care of informing the city of the work they would be doing. They used a crane to lower the large sections of the tree they cut off since dropping them would put holes in the street or sidewalks. The tree was removed, everything cleaned up including all sawdust and wood chips within four and a half hours. None of my flowers were trampled, and there was no damage to any surrounding area. The price of the work was comparable to other estimates I received. I highly recommend Martin's Tree Service LLC for any tree removal or trimming.

Company was very responsive via on-site estimates and phone calls to alert me to the days and times they would be on site. With their written estimate, they also provided me with a copy of their liability insurance papers. The crew was polite and efficient, working hard and continuously. After the trees were cut down, they mulched the branches and removed the mulch from the property. They also removed the wood that was too large for the mulching machine. After all the cutting, there were some very, very large logs that remained, but the impending rain made it necessary to wait a few days for them to bring in the forklift to load up and remove the wood and grind the stumps. They were as careful as possible in trying to eliminate ruts in the yard. The owner walked around the property with me at two different times to ensure I was satisfied that they removed all branches and wood and did the job that I was expecting. The owner also gave me good advice on types of trees I could plant that would not get too high, and also suggested products I could purchase at the store that would truly kill unwanted honeysuckle bushes and other noxious plants. Their estimates were more fair than many others I received, and their work was excellent. I would not hesitate at all in recommending this company for tree removal. They care about the quality of their work, and they work hard to complete a job professionally.
