+ -1 moreNot exactly sure what the problem was here. I contacted them to have my garage door replaced. They were the service provider that Lowe's used when I got my garage door opener and I had not had any problems at the time. I had even referred them to an acquaintance. The owner initally became annoyed with me when I didn't know the exact measurements of my door. I then apparently offended him when I asked "about how much he thought the door would cost". He said that he couldn't gave me any idea without seeing the job. I said I was just asking for a ball park figure ( I explained that I had never bought a door and I had no idea what to even expect). He became very short with me and said that he would check my garage and get back to me and ended the phone call. That never occurred.

+ -1 moreThey offered some things to try adjusting on the opener before charging us to come out for a service call. When the things they suggested didn't work, they came out the same day we called back for service. They diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it quickly.
Description of Work: My garage door wasn't closing properly. They came out and replaced the rollers, adjusted the door and the opener, and made sure everything was working right.
