Description of Work: I had previously contracted to have another company replace the liner in my 20 x 40' pool. That company failed to do the job, so I was stuck mid-June with no one to do the job. I looked on Angies list for other providers. I called several companies and because of the time of year they said it would be 2 months before they could even come out and look at my pool...at that point summer would be over. Because of the high ratings of Pro-Pool I called them and they came out very quickly to look at the pool, give me a quote and start work. Quite frankly, I was sceptical. It was a company I had never heard of - there was no "logo" on the trucks and I was worried about giving them a deposit on this $3500 job. Howard, the owner, came out very soon after we had talked, explained the job and gave me a quote. He preformed the job, with no deposit, and as of July 8th I now had a new liner and was filling my pool. Pro Pools was very professional, prompt and did everything in the time he said he would...the only delay was the time it took to order the new liner which, of course, would be normal. The whole job, on very short notice to Pro Pool, took about 3 weeks. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. I will definitely use them again.....and I got a 10% discount because of being a member of Angies List!

HOWARD KNOWS HIS STUFF. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST WHEN IT COMES TO THE POOL EQUIPMENT AND VERY HONEST IN HIS WORK.
Description of Work: THEY COME OUT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED TO CLEAN, AND PUT IN THE CHEMICALS NEEDED IN YOUR POOL. THEY CAN WORK ON THE EQUIPMENT ALSO.
