Description of Work: Tried to reach Michael several times over a week period of time. First time I called and got mailbox full. Next day I sent an e mail, no response. Another day I called and got through to message machine left message to call, no response. Next day sent another e mail no response and finally another day called again getting answering machine left message again no response. How can this guy be in business when he doesn't answer the phone and does not respond to any e mails or phone messages. Very unprofessional.
