Description of Work: Jerry did some things well, but he also made mistakes. One of those was that even after I measured to hang a picture, he just drilled a hole in the wall, and after he left, I discovered that the picture was four inches off center.

Description of Work: Remodeled my whole kitchen, involving removing two walls,relocating a laundry area, installing a center island w/built-in oven and cooktop with overhanging light fixture, installing 7 or 8 recessed ceiling lights plus under-cabinet lights, installing ceramic backsplash along new counters, laying a new cermic floor, painting and trim work, plus underfloor plumbing work required for new washing machine placement and rewiring electricals for new lighting and appliances. Also installed new dishwasher and toilet. Jerry was quick to accept any areas we were not pleased with and corrected each and every detail we requested. Very pleasing and cooperative attitude and I actually feel he went overboard to be fair in his pricing for changes etc. I'd recommend Jerry to my friends and relatives. without hesitation

+ 0 moreIt was lower than code so I wanted them to put a higher one in. Jerry was very thorough in explaning what he was going to do, good at laying out what I'm going to do and this is exactly what it's going to cost. There were no questions whatsoever when it came down to the work that was going to be done, he was very responsive and called me back in a timely fashion. He came out once to meet me and see the job then he came out again when he had specs and the cost. He was timely and I was really pleased. It was the first time using a contractor in our new home and I was pleased. He also had a good personality. The banister wasn't quite what I was hoping it would be, but it wasn't bad. I am pleased with it and I would still refer him for other jobs.
Description of Work: HomePro Ohio took down a metal banister and built and installed a wood one.
