We had a guy install three smaller windows than we had previously. AWFUL job, unfinished, and ghosted us. KMA did a wonderful job, very reasonable rates, always on time, did the work quickly, and picked up everything himself. Will use for other stuff for sure.

Kris was nothing but excellent from any standpoint. His estimate was fast and fair, and while there was a bit of time before the actual work, he worked with me schedule to find a date that worked, even moving the install date once. He called the morning of to confirm and let me know he was on the way, and once he arrived was extremely efficient. He was able to finish the job much quicker than I expected, but stayed to make sure the rank was functioning properly. He was very courtious with movements around the house & made sure to take care with my escape-artist dog. Entire experience from start to finish was extremely positive and Kris was very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

Kris did an excellent job from the initial quote, setting up a time that convenient for me, to showing up on time when he said he would be here. Kris repaired my leaky roof, replaced rotted wood, and painted my ceiling. It looked wonderful and matched the rest of the house’s ceiling. Kris was very careful to cover my belongings and he did a great job cleaning up. The best part, all this was done at a VERY fair price.

Great ! Kris was such a nice professional man who repaired my wind damaged siding and informed/showed me what additional repair that should be done ASAP which he will be doing soon !! Reasonable pricing also..

I needed old baseboards replaced and had a fairly short time frame due to an upcoming family event we were hosting. Kris was was able to squeeze me in for the evening before the event despite already having another job he had to work on earlier that day. He did a very good job for us and he’s a really nice guy. I went with him because he was very personable and gladly answered all the questions I had before choosing him to do the work. I’ve already scheduled him to come and check out/quote a second repair job.

Kris did an excellent job on a masonry project. Communication was great throughout the entire process. His price was fair. He no only met but exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend his services and hire him again.

The handyman service was excellent. Kris, the handyman was promptly on time. He started the assembly of the furniture pieces in an organized manner thus completion of the three furniture pieces were done under an hour. He also, place the furniture pieces where I wanted them. And lastly, placed the emptied furniture boxes in the garbage room. To conclude, Kris was polite, professional, and prompt—I highly recommend.

We were referred to KMA Home Improvement by a friend of ours as we recently noticed a roof leak. Kris was very receptive in responding to our call, explained the problem and what it would cost to achieve desired results that we booked him on the spot! His work is thorough and fast, even sharing photos of exactly what he did to make this problem right. I cannot ask for a better Handyman and will be using him again for all projects moving forward. Hire this man!!

He answered my request for a quote in a timely fashion and showed up when he said he would. He was able to give me a quote on the spot. We arranged for the work date. All of the work was well done and in a professional manner.

Very good experience. I contacted Kris and he responded within 24 hours. He came over to give an estimate (in the pouring rain), but since he had the tools for the job, he did the work then and there, and for a good price. He worked on the bedroom doors of my 103-yr-old house, which would not shut all the way, and did a very good job. He scheduled the work in a timely fashion after I indicated it was urgent due to my needing to separate a new pregnant cat from my other cat who was aggressive and territorial. Happy with the experience and I scheduled some other work for next month.

Kris responded quickly and came out to give a free estimate. He was personable and polite. His price was also the lowest of those I received. We scheduled the work, and he called to ask if he could come earlier in the day which was fine with me. Completed the job quickly and I was so pleased I asked him to install one for my daughter also

Kris is a lifesaver, he does all the repairs on my home and as a single woman I wouldn't be able to keep up with maintenance that goes along with home ownership.
