I previously reported that I was thoroughly satisfied with the workmanship and the super effort the company provided to roof my new and exposed additions during some very lousy winter weather. They came out even when snow had partly covered the roofing felts, cleared the snow, and replaced the felts from the day's work areas

I was very pleased in every regard.

The Klemenc team arrived in force at 7:00 AM. There were about 5-7 workers and the boss, Mike Klemenc. The team (including Mike) worked diligently all day and had completed the tear off and installed the new shingles in one 10-hour day. They cleaned the yard and property before they left. You would never know such a big job had been done at the house. I would highly recommend Klemenc Construction to anyone. We appreciated the fact that the boss worked just as hard as his employees.

The crew worked in very adverse conditions of ice, snow and 20 to 30 degree temperatures. Provided a professional, high quality project, and cleaned up the work area of all visible debris. Being a construction superintendent and a former remodeling contractor, I am generally critical of other's work, but I am very pleased with the project performed by Klemenc Construction and will recommend them to all.

I had told a friend that I had a quote to redo my roof and that it would cost $17000 for the cheap version and $28,000 for the best version of the quote. My friend suggested I contact Mike Klemenc who had done work for him in the past and he was very satisffied. I called Mike, he came out the next day, and quoted the job at a significant savings. He has a crew of six, with a fleet of specialized trucks that he brings to the job site, covers all the shrubbery and landscaping, peels off the old shingles and underlayment, inspects the boards, replaces any that need to be replaced (none did), and then reinstalls a new underlayment, along with a frost barrier just before the rain gutters to minimize ice dams. After installing the roof, at the end of each work day (it took 21/2 days) the crew cleaned up all the debris, including using a magnet to pick up stray roof nails. He did a very good job, and the roof looks great, like one of those "dimensional" roofs.

Was on time, completed in one day, no damage, cleaned-up.

When they said the were going to be there at 7:30, they were there and gone by 5:30. They cleaned up every day, and they have the best equipment that I have ever seen. Very impressed with over all operations.
