Overall, a fantastic experience. Our next project is a new bathroom being added and a remodel on our existing one. We will absolutely be back for the countertops. We highly recommend Firenza!

We began searching for countertops in April of 2011. Jon Fimiani showed us their stock of granite slabs in their own warehouse. We discussed costs, using one slab or two, sink choices, and other things relative to having granite countertops installed in our kitchen. We then visited a wholesale warehouse where more slabs of granite were on display. We never really saw anything that we felt we could afford. The slabs were coded by letters of the alphabet with the "A" slabs being the least expensive up to the most expensive "Z" slabs. We felt we had to limit ourselves to only A, B, or C slabs. Each increase would be about a $10 per square foot increase in cost and we have about 43 sq. ft. of counter space to consider. Another fabricator, closer to our home, had one price for A, B, or C slabs so we thought we would go with his company. His price was lower than Firenza. We returned to the wholesale warehouse a couple of times with broader horizons, not limiting ourselves to just A or B level granite. Finally, we found a granite slab that we liked and made arrangements for the second fabricator to come in and measure the kitchen. However, we thought we would return to Firenza one more time to check their granite slabs to see if there was anything there we liked more. Yes there was. We found a slab that we both liked a lot more than the one we were ready to order from the second fabricator. However, the cost had jumped up about $1000 over what we thought we were willing to spend back in April when we started our search. Since we both liked the color and movement in this granite at Firenza we cancelled the second fabricator and went ahead with Firenza Stone. Jon came out and measured our kitchen, made a template for the new slab and put us on the schedule for cutting and installing our slab. He met all the dates and times that were set up. He even came out the day after the installation to see the final result. We were very happy with his attention to our project. We think the final result is better than we had anticipated. We are surprised that we spent so much on the countertops but we would have been unhappy with the other choices we were considering.

The quality of the granite was excellent. They were a few hours late because something wasnt cut right with the granite for our countertops but when they got here the job was done quickly. They polished the countertops before they left but left some mess on the floor. Overall, they worked really hard while they were here and did a great job.

Our nightmare of a kitchen remodel was saved by Firenza. We had another company install granite in our kitchen and bath and when I came home from work was horrified by the shoddy work. Undermount sink was crooked,they filled areas with epoxy because they measured wrong,one counter was 1 1/2" shorter in width at one end than the other, and numerous other mistakes yet the company insisted this was normal. By coincidence the next day was a home remodel show and we explained our situation to Dominic of Firenza Stone to see if all these errors really were normal. Domenic explained what the correct process was and offered to stop by to make recommendations to salvage job even though he was not getting paid to do so. After looking at job he said it could not be saved . We called the original company and went over everything Dominic told us and they agreed the job was incorrect but they would get another slab and redo the job. After being without a kitchen for a month we politely told them to never darken our doorsteps again! We called Domenic, agreed to price and within two weeks had a job done perfectly. They workers could not have been nicer and left the job site spotless. Mike, another brother was especially helpful also.

We met the company at the Home Improvement Show. We contacted the company for an estimate and the salesperson was prompt and professional with the visit and the estimate. Due to our delays, future contact was via email. We selected a slab and scheduled the job. A measurer came and was efficient. The initial date was changed by the company to a slightly earlier date. The arrival time window was almost over when the installers arrived. During the installation, a backsplash was broken, but arrangement were made to come out the next day with another piece. A small section of counter was not level and the wooden piece by the dishwasher was not installed properly. This was brought up to the installers when they returned. The out of level section was corrected, but the area by the dishwasher was not adequately corrected. The next day, when opening the dishwasher, I found that the dishwasher was not attached/braced. I called the company and they sent an installer to correct this the next day. While I was not pleased with the installation issues, when I called the company and spoke with someone other than an installer, there was an apology and immediate attention to the problem. I would use this company again.

From choosing the granite to the installation, Firenza Stone staff was helpful and professional. Once the stone was chosen, the time from measurement to installation was very short. The installers arrived on time, were polite, and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. The work was well done. I would definitely recommend Firenza Stone.

We looked at many granite companies and we went back to this showroom about five times to ask questions. They were always helpful, they were truthful, they gave us good advice, and they didn?t pressure us. I thought they were very professional. The price was pretty close to everyone else; I think they were neither overpriced nor really cheap. They had to change an appointment once but they called us way ahead of time to ask if they could come at a different time. There are a few brothers that own the company and we spoke to all of them; they were all equally helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I recommend them.

They are related to some in law and that is basically why we contacted them. They basically do granite countertops. I had family coming and they made sure it was done before the holidays. They take a lot of pride in their work and they really seem to care about professionalism. They are very proper and professional. They are serious about what they do, but not where you feel intimidated. It is 4 brothers that own and run the business. One guy didn't show up one time. If I had the money I would use them for countertops.

They were very thorough and precise. They were customer oriented and produced excellent results. They were very pleasant to work with, and we would recommended.

Very well. This was a small job and we selected a "remnant" piece of granite. They guy originally mis-measured the job so the piece did not fit. Firenza admitted its mistake and asked us to choose any granite they had and made the second piece perfect at no additional charge. Anybody can make an error, a good company makes it right with no argument.

We would like to add our name to the list of extremely satisfied Firenza customers. All the gentlemen at Firenza (brothers, Anthony and Michael; support staff, Chris and Dave; and plumber, Dan) were professional, pleasant to work with, and responsive to our needs. They did an outstanding job on our new kitchen and adjacent small bathroom granite tops. The matching of granite material design on adjacent pieces was amazing. One of the most important factors in our decision to use Firenza was that they removed and disposed of our old tops; disconnected the plumbing fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom; installed the new granite tops; and reconnected the new plumbing fixtures. We were particularly impressed, since we live in Erie, PA, approximately 1-1 1/2 hours from Firenza's shop. There were no travel charges. We had found out about Firenza at the "2010 H & G Show" at the IX Center in Cleveland in February. The granite looks stunning! They also spent time in instructing us on the proper care of the granite. Everyone involved was punctional. They cleaned up both the kitchen and bathroom, when work was completed. We would highly recommend Firenza for any granite work that you might have.

The gentlemen from Firenza Stone were completely professional and did a superior job. The granite looks beautiful. They also took the time to show me how to seal the granite when it needs it next and completely cleaned up after they were done.

We were very pleased. We selected a piece of granite from their "scrap", so they charged only for cutting and installation. Unfortunately, they measured incorrectly the first time but they did not in any way dispute that it was their error. The head guy re-measured then invited us to the shop to select another piece of granite. Anybody can make a mistake, but they made it absolutely right with no hassle.

Mike at the facility was very helpful in picking out the granite to use. His brother Anthony, who made the template, was on time and very efficient. I did have to call them several times to figure out the exact time they would be out, but that was the only draw back of the entire experience. Chris and Dave did a great job installing everything and thoroughly explaining proper care for the countertops. I was very pleased with my experience with Firenza Stone and would use them again.

The countertops look phenomenal! Anthony Fimiani who handled the sale was fantastic! I checked out several different companies, and nobody was nearly as knowledgeable and professional as he was. Anthony even suggested that we use the granite for our window sills. We did and they are beautiful! They did the cove ogee edge to the window sills which looked even better. He gave me several options of the edging to choose from, more than any company I have seen. There are no visible seams to the curvature of the sill and I have already received several compliments on great they look. Both jobs were superb. Dominic and the two other installer were great. They finished the job in just 1 day and the craftsmanship was superb. I would highly recommend them. If you could see the quality of the work that was done for me, I know you would go with Firenza. It's like Night and Day between Firenza stone and their competitors. I would rate this as an A+ company!

The job went well. The Firenza brothers were all great to talk to and work with. They were extremely helpful at all stages of the project, initial consultation, making a template and installation. The counter with the sink was a little tricky to install in one piece as it was a corner piece in a medium sized kitchen and all the guys worked well and installed it in one piece. They were all knowledgable, pleasant and cooperative. I think the price was probably a bit higher than most but I have no complaints about the quality. The granite itself for both rooms was $5000.00, and I chose higher end pieces.

They were excellent. They were on time, which is important to me.
