Ecolawn is a local company with over 35 years in lawn care, honesty and integrity is the foundation of our business. “Ghosting and scamming” are not, and never have been part of our business model. [removed member info] , the prior owner of the home at [removed member info] contacted us in March of 2014, and informed us that he had just sold this property. He wished to prepay for the remainder of the 2014 lawn care season for the new home owner. This was a balance of 3 treatments. Notes in the file, indicate that the new home owner (you), called us on July 22, 2014 said to skip the balance of the season in 2014, but did not cancel the service. If you had made it clear that you were not interested in Ecolawn ever coming back to perform services, we certainly would not have. This being said, Ecolawn did come out and perform early spring service on April 18, 2015. An invoice was left at your home indicating that there was no payment due for the service. On April 19, 2015 you called and said that you did not want the service, so we cancelled the service, and thought that the matter was resolved. (We credited [removed member info] , the prior homeowner, for the remaining prepaid services). Your review on June 3, 2015 in Angie’s List, makes it apparent that the issue was not resolved for you. We regret that you chose to resolve your concerns regarding our company in a libelous manner, and feel they are not justified as you were never our customer. We would appreciate careful consideration of all facts and feel that your comment be removed.
