This was the only contractor who agreed to do this small job this late in the summer season. He arrived on time, repaired the garage, fixed roof that was coming off, used good Sherwin Williams paint, and re-hung gutter that had fallen off. The job was completed in time stated and the garage looks good again.

Requested quote via Angie's List for gutter cleaning and Chris called shortly thereafter. He provided a much more reasonable price for the job than other quotes I received. The work was completed as scheduled and I was very pleased with the work done. CJ's Home Maintenance also repaired exterior steps by leveling and shoring them up to make them safe and usable. They painted the exterior front house door and windowed side panels, which looks great and adds curb appeal! There were no additional costs and I paid the quoted price. I will call CJ's Home Maintenance again and highly recommend them for your home maintenance projects if you need any home maintenance project completed by reliable workers, within a prompt time frame and at an honest price.

CJ's Home Maintenance did an awesome job of patching and painting 3 bedrooms, bath, hall, foyer, living room and dining room in my home! The bedrooms which looked like a Frat house had a major transformation with the patching and painting of ceilings, walls, trim and closets. The cathedral ceilings, trim and walls in the living room, dining room and foyer were patched and painted and look like a Home & Garden magazine picture! I am thrilled the work was completed in less than a week at an affordable price. Thank you CJ's Home Maintenance for giving my home a new look just in time for the holidays! This was the 2nd time I hired this company and I will keep hiring them since they do great work at a great price with a quick turnaround and they are very easy to work with.

The room looks great. Chris was able to quote the project within a couple days and the project was complete in less than a week. The actual work was all completed in one day on a Saturday, so I did not need to take off work.
