It was great. The guys moved it in no time and were very professional.

We needed to move our 2 story colonial home into storage. The receptionist was responsive and helpful in understanding the details of moving our items. She worked with us on how to maximize the moving time, size of truck needed and number of workers. The movers were on time, worked carefully and diligently. No marks or damage to walls in the house. We were amazed at how quickly they worked and how efficiently they packed the truck. We were very pleased and would highly recommend their services.

They were easy to work with. From quote to actual move took only a week. They handled the piano carefully and also took care when moving it out of the house so no walls or doorways were damaged. It was money well spent. I would recommend this company.

Everything from scheduling a date to the actual move went perfectly. The movers were on time, friendly, and took great care in moving the piano. The move was very quick, and everyone wore masks for safety. I would absolutely use them again for a move. Great job!

Bad. The box move was less than 2 hrs then got charged for 1 hour($1.30 travel back to warehouse which is NOT where they were going had agreed on 1/2. Then they left old complex and was missing 45 minutes because they went to wrong address which they were given new one by owner, and both of us prior to move. Monday move was suppose to be 1 large truck moving 2 small 1 bedrooms, showed up late due to big truck flat tire. Was 20 minutes late then informed me they had to do 2 separate moves. Move from first apartment was 2:45 plus them traveling to new complex a half mile away. They also had to use one of our flatbeds to move the furniture as they were under equipt. I called the new complex at 2:10 because they hadnt arrived back at my house and the elevator lockdown ended at 4. They were just leaving, they arrived at 2:20 with 3 guys of which only 1 ever came into move things unless it was large stuff like a sofa. They were done and out the door at 3:50 but charged 2 hours moving plus an hour back to warehouse of which they had charged my friend this morning they same charge. I notified the office(Elizbeth) immediately of these overcharges and she sworn she would handle it. That was 9/28 and as of today I get text messages going to call me and doesnt, NO resolution of anykind. The guy moving us told us they were a deivery company and just started with moving so had little experience which it showed badly. Each of these 3 moves was over $400 Should have been 7 hours total at S130 plus 1 hour total travel at $130=$1040. The actual cost charged was $1395.00 of which they have yet to even discuss so I have had to proceed with court proceedings as I have all the text messages and witnesses as to how this move actually happened.

they did a great job of moving the couch, and an added touch ,very friendly. I did all my correspondence on the phone with Elizabeth. She was soo nice ,I felt like I had known her before. I would definitely use again and recommend to everyone.

Movers were great!! Very efficient and friendly even though they ended up moving during pouring rain. Very affordable too compared to other moving quotes that I got.

This company is top notch! Gary was great a quoting how much linear ft we would use on a 28ft trailer. John and his crew were awesome packers/loaders as we trusted them with very large and fragile paintings and sculptures. Elizabeth saved the day when I called the night before our loading desperate that we would not be ready. Elizabeth calmly explained she would accompany the guys the next morning to help my Mom and I finish packing. Their patience was so helpful to us. The trailer was packed to perfection and they actually saved us two linear feet on our trailer, therefore giving us a better price to transport across the country. I wish they were in Phoenix, AZ as I would definitely use them again.

John and Jeff were prompt and courteous. We were surprised they did not wear masks so we provided them after they brought the truck from the pick up place to our home. Charges were reasonable and close to the estimate.

Wonderful! They moved at "lightning speed" and were very careful of our frail antique items. Very attentive to our perceptions and considerate of our needs.

Very Professional and personable team. There were 2 movers, if they would have brought 4 then it could have been done in half the time, costing me half the cost. Besides that they did a great job moving everything without any breaks or scratches on furniture. They put the beds together for me and were very helpful putting things in specific places. I would definitely hire them again if I move again. The owner is a Veteran. They did a great job. Highly recommend.
