When I contacted Ron about needing my washer repaired, he was quick to schedule an appointment to figure out the problem. He was punctual, polite, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me the cost for everything up front, made an appointment for the repairs the very next day and showed up on time with everything ready. The work was completed within the time frame he quoted, and my washer sounds like new. I would hire him again with upmost confidence.
