Precise Painting And Power Washing

This Company portrayed itself as a company fully bonded and insured. Even all his stationary & business cards indicated they were fully insured and bonded. Mr.Tony Barnes was the Owner and Manager of the Company. Upon obtaining a quotation from Mr. Barnes, the job was awarded to his Company. They started approximately 3 weeks later. I had to call him many times to get him to respond. They performed the power washing on (1), ONE side of our house only.(The only side that is not peeling paint!) I could see from their work, they were not a "Quality Provider" of these services. The employees were NOT professional painters by any means. His crew would show up to work around 11:30 in the morning, and leave around 3:00 in the afternoon. They did NOT Power Wash any other surfaces of this house. They painted the surfaces with ROLLERS, no brushing paint into the siding. They painted over dirt, and loose paint. I expressed my concerns with Mr. Barnes. He assured me the job would be done right. Well, after 4 months, and running out of warm weather, and my patience, I had to threaten Mr. Barnes with a Law Suite to get the job finished. My house was a mess for the entire summer. Now, at the present: I inspected the job again in March of 2015 after the Spring Thaw. My $4,200.00 Paint Job is Bubbling up, and peeling off the house. Once again I called Mr. Barnes, and he came over to inspect the surfaces. He then reassured me they would correct the problem. Well, this is now October 21st, 2015. I called Mr. Barnes last week, and he said he would NOT be able to get my house corrected this year. Later, I found out thru Angie's List, his company is NOT Bonded or Insured! As far as this customer is concerned, I would SUE his company, but have found out they filed Bankruptcy, and moved from their Annsley Road Address, and this information came directly from Mr. Barnes!. The phone number is still active. There is no sense in me trying to Sue Mr. Barnes, he has nothing! Just be aware his company & Mr. Barnes is still in the area doing business as "Precise Power Washing & Painting".
