Lee was punctual and kept me informed so that I would be aware of his exact arrival time. Upon arrival, he was very personable and respectful of my property, as well as thorough and knowledgeable about small animal removal. He explained everything in ways that were understandable and, most importantly, the price for the service was very reasonable.

I had a great experience with this company, the owner went above and beyond in handling our situation and addressed the issue on the same day. Prior to him coming out, I received estimates from a couple of the big name; companies, however; they did not want to spend time finding the solution for how the rodents were getting in, only on capturing them once they got it. He went above and beyond in locating the points as well as sharing photos of his findings.
