+ -1 moreThe whole thing went horrible. I had two doors to fall off the hinges. The doors are cracking on the side. Chopped up my door frame. Whites spots throughout the paint job. Drywall work were painted when the mudding was still wet. Now the mudding is cracking.

+ -1 moreMichael is super friendly, very reasonable with his rates, and often goes above and beyond the scope of work just because "it's the right thing to do". We will be using Michael for a long time to come!
Description of Work: My husband and I own a residential property management company and we use Michael Evans regularly for every day maintenance items. He does just about everything: minor plumbing, household repairs, landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, flooring....you name it.
