My computer was acting up and after hours on the phone with the phone company I contacted Wyman Consulting. John was able to come out the next business day and had it fixed the day after that.

John was great - he came the very next day and it took him about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and get us back on the Internet. He even looked at my laptop and got it going with the wireless (problem because of the main computer) and installed and told me about a free virus program. His fee was $100 but it was for an hour and he diagnosed the problem and answered computer questions. He really helped and frankly I'm not too bad with computer issues but could not figure out the problem - neither could Dell after about 4 hours on a help call but John Wyman figured it out quickly! He's very good.

The best is we had 3 visits in one week for a total of 1 hr consulting ($100) and part fees ($15). John was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable and more than fair when it came to costs involved.

My call was answered immediately by John and he came out to check my computer within a few hours of my call. He called with the results and the pricing the next morning, came over and re-connected the CPU, and had me up and running again less than 24 hours later! He was very courteous and professional.

Excellent work, done quickly and efficiently and for a very fair price. What more could you ask for?

This is the second time I have called him to do some work. He is prompt, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I will use him again should the need arise.

John was great. He took the computer home with him and did the work and brought it back the next day in good working condition. He also set up our printers on the network. We are very happy.

He was very professional. When I called he was occupied, but I told him what I needed and he said he'd get back to me. I continued to call other names and they all gave bleak prognosis on the phone. At the end of the day, John Wyman called back and I'd heard negative information all day, so I wasn't expecting to hear otherwise. He was able to give a different prognosis and he offered a disclaimer that it might not take care of the issue 100%. I was able to recover some of the data. I was very impressed that he kept his word, resolved my issue and he was the only one out of 5 to 7 companies that were able to help me over the phone because he was the only one with the expertise on my system setup. I've referred him twice to friends so far. He didn't even charge me for the help.

John was polite, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about his work. We blew $400 on a friend/coworker who offered to fix our new laptop and clearly took advantage of us. The fee we paid John covered both his time, as well as the new hard drive.

John picked up the computer within 30 minutes of our call on a Friday morning (he was just leaving another call in our area) and returned the computer the following Monday morning. He had backed up and restored all important data, and re-installed key software. Better than any repair service we've ever used!

Mr. Wynam was on time and precise in his work. He very busy though and received many other service calls during his time with our computer. My husband found this very distracting. In terms of price and quality, both are very good. We would recommend Mr. Wynam and use his services again.

John was very pleasant and professional. Answered my phone call same day (Sunday!), and picked up at my house Monday evening after work. Called me same night with diagnosis, and dropped off CD with recovered files in my mailbox by Tuesday. Excellent service!

Price included the equipment, and we were expecting to pay twice as much.

John was available the same day I called him for service. He arrived on time and spent about 90 minutes cleaning up a fairly old computer, which was not always cooperative. Result is that it works like new. Well worth the money spent.
