He set up the new computer and transferred files between the two. He was very responsive and very knowledgeable.

After exhausting my limited knowledge on correcting a number of what seemingly were registry based conflicting pop ups, I called John. He took the computer to his office where he saved all my critical data, and reinstalled XP. A tweak here, and a tweak there (by John), and the computer is running more quickly and efficiently than before. Additionally he was he was prompt, courteous and had the job done in 24 hours.

My daughter's computer was not working. The fan was running constantly and not getting anything on the screen. John picked the computer up on Saturday mid morning and returned it on Sunday mid morning. This was also a holiday weekend. Very pleased with the work.

I called the company on Friday afternoon and John answered promptly. He was with a customer but took my number and said he would call back. He called back in a short time and we made an appointment for the following Tuesday since I was not available on Monday. He quoted me his price of $125 flat fee plus cost of parts whether he fixes it at my house or has to take it to his shop. He arrived promptly on Tuesday and had completed everything except the battery and memory within an hour. He arrived promptly on Wednesday and took only 15 minutes to install the new battery and memory. I am very impressed with John and his work.

Previous tech had been unable to set up my network and I was using the router of a neighbor (let her know her router wasn't secure) for my IPTV. Told me I needed a new modem which this consultant proved I didn't. New modem came which I hooked up and could have either the IPTV work with the new modem or the computer to work using old modem. Took quite a bit of time and a call to Sky Angel (what was available only on IPTV) to get that system to work. Accomplished other tasks as above.

Did a nice job. Responded right away. Upfront on pricing, honest in telling us cost of getting a new motherboard probably wouldn't be worth the effort. Got our data back.

John did an excellent job. After he confirmed that the laptop was no longer working, he was able to save all of the files from the hard drive to disk, which we were able to then transfer to our new computer. He completed the work within a matter of days, and was always available when we had questions.

He was on time and he provided the service exactly as he said he would. He fixed our computer and charged a fair price. We would definitely use him again.

He was over to my house within an hour of initially contacting him. He finished the work in an hour and was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

He did a good job for us. I was happy with the results. He did seem to get a little frustrated at times, but he did a fine job.

Mr.Wyman responded immediately. He picked up the laptops and in less than 48 hours returned them. My daughter's laptop, which had the virus, was fixed and running. Mr. Wyman also completed general maintenance. My son's laptop was not so lucky. Due to the fact that the problem was in the mother board, Mr. Wyman was unable to fix it. He offered alternative solutions that we could take care of easily with a trip to Micro Center.

John was great! First, I called him Sunday morning and he returned my call that afternoon. He was able to fit me in 3 days later. He worked for 2 hours and not only corrected a big mess I created but he also ended up saving me $200--$100 on a wireless print server I didn't even need and another $100 on a wireless router that I also didn't need. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is having computer problems. They exceeded my expectations!

What a pleasant experience! When I first contacted John, he was headed out of town but offered to stop by if the computer was critical. I told him we could get by until he was available but I appreciated his willingness to adjust his plans. He arrived before the scheduled time and had the computer up and running without the viruses in a very short time. He charges a flat fee per computer so no surprises. Any future computer issues and I will definitely contact John again. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Wyman arrived promptly on time and was very professional and courteous. He came out on the SAME DAY I called him. Mr. Wyman was able to improve my parent's computer by removing several virus problems and spyware problems and also improved the speed of their computer. He also installed more memory and got them set up for new email service. We are very pleased with his work and would call upon him again if needed. He improved the computer's response time and it seems to be working very well.

He was really efficient. He found out that he couldn't fix it on-site, so he had to take it back to his shop. He found out that the hard drive needed to be fixed. He installed more memory on it, and it now runs better than ever. He was excellent, and the price was very reasonable.

John was very efficient and responsive. He picked my daughter's computer up and returned it the next day working properly again. He was able to save all the existing data on the computer which made my daughter happy. Our computer was fixed at our house and John was able to fit it in his schedule within a week.

John fixed my computer and gave me several helpful hints.

He promised he would return my computer the next day. He was good at promptly returning my phone calls. I was glad that he took the initiative to upgrade my system.

Normally John gets out quicker, however since he was booked it took a couple of days to come out. He was at my house when promised. He was very cordial and got the job done within a hour or so.

He cleared out a virus I had and added virus protection and cleaned my system. He also added the wireless connection I already had. He was prompt, courteous, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

He came to my home and took a look at my computer. As it turns out, my hard drive was fried. He took the whole computer home with him and brought it back out to me the next day. He had replaced the hard drive with a new one. He had tried to save the information on the hard drive, but was unable to. He honored his estimate which I thought was great. A few days later I was having problems with the sound system. He bought a whole new sound unit. He repaired that very quickly. Then, computer started sending me odd messages. I called John again, and he was extremely prompt in getting back out to my home (at no charge). He got it all working and I was extremely pleased with him. He is very knowledgeable and I am always able to get a hold of him when I need him.

They did a good job and I will use them again.

Very efficient, prompt and professional. The thing that impressed us the most was that when we purchased a separate DVD burner, when he came out to installed the computer he told us it was the wrong model. He offered then to run to their store and pick the proper DVD burned. He installed it for no extra charge. He went beyond our expectations.

John took my computer and returned the next morning with my "brand new" system. He did an excellent job and I'm very happy with his service and price.
