Description of Work: We had a bad virus in our computer, and an offer to remove it which was a sham. I paid $109 to that company to remove it. Their telephone number put me on terminal hold. I had the credit card company reverse the charge and had to cancel and get a new card. I paid another computer outfit $718 dollars for two visits. They did not get it fixed. I called Wyman Consulting and Mr. Wyman said after a 5 minute examination that he would take the computer to his shop because he would need to run material into it for several hours to fix it. He returned it the next day and it now works perfectly. He also fixed three printer copier scanners which were not working properly. His total bill was $150, but gave him $175.

Description of Work: My hard drive crashed and had to be rebuilt. It happened on Saturday morning. I called several places, and he was very competitively priced. However, he was the only one that indicated that he could be at my house by noon on Saturday. He took the computer, then called me on Sunday around noon. He fixed the computer, recovered all the files that he could, and even with my approval added more memory to computer. He hooked up the computer and added the printer back to it. He was very professional and arrived at my house on time.

+ -1 moreOUR EXPERIENCE WITH JOHN WAS A+ ACROSS THE BOARD. WE HAVE TWO COMPUTERS THAT ARE APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS OLD. THEY BOTH WERE RUNNING HORRIBLY BECAUSE OF OUR TWO TEENAGE CHILDREN WHO SEEM TO HAVE A KNACK AT GETTING THEM INFECTED WITH VIRUSES. WE HAVE HAD TWO OTHER REPAIR PEOPLE MAKE ATTEMPTS AT FIXING THE COMPUTERS WITH NO LUCK WHATSOEVER. JOHN RESTORED BOTH COMPUTERS TO ''LIKE NEW'' OPERATING CONDITION. THEY ARE BOTH SO FAST NOW!! I DO USE ONE OF THE COMPUTERS FOR BUSINESS AND IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN IT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY. THANK YOU MR. WYMAN!! WHEN HE DETERMINED THAT WE HAD A BAD MONITOR(WHICH WE SUSPECTED) HE PICKED UP A NEW ONE FOR US AND INSTALLED IT(INCLUDED IN ABOVE PRICE). WHEN MY COMPUTER AT MY OFFICE WAS STILL RUNNING SLOW AFTER HIS INITIAL VISIT, HE CAME BACK AGAIN AT NO EXTRA CHARGE AND FOUND THE PROBLEM. WHEN ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, JOHN MADE A TOTAL OF 4 TRIPS TO OUR HOME AND OFFICE, PUT IN THE NEW MONITOR, ALL FOR THE ABOVE PRICE! HATS OFF TO JOHN
