Description of Work: About 2 years ago Jim did some painting on a property I owned at the time. He did an excellent job. Later, I don't recall the exact date, the refinished a door on my home in the Estates of Golf Village. The door was pealing and looked terrible. When he finished the job, it was a work of art. Every admires it. He took the door to his workshop and completley refinished it. After it was installed, the came back several times to add additonal finish so it would withstand bad weather. He touched up woodwork that had been damaged by my husband manuvering his wheel chair through the doorways. He also repaired a wall and touched up the paint where large nail holes had been usedby the previous owner for wall hangings. You can't tell where the damage was done. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Jim stained an outside door and panels that were pealing and looked very dark and ugly. This was a newer home, but the door had weathered. He stripped it and found beautiful wood under the dark stain. By carefully stripping, sanding, and sealing several times, I have a striking door that eveyone admires. About 6 months ago, he also did indoor painting on several rooms that had been papered a out 25 years ago and needed considerable work to remove. I left him choose the colors and he did a great job. A long narrow room looked completely different and more rectangular as he used an accent wall at the end and while walls on the side making the room look wider.
