+ 0 moreWe wanted to build a paver patio in our back yard this summer. After doing some research, and meeting with a few companies, we ended up picking Timberwood. The experience was excellent. The team was super-professional. They built the patio in about a week, and it is high quality, and looks beautiful. In addition, they planted some Arbor Vitae shrubs that didn't thrive - probably b/c it was such a hot, dry, long summer - and when I told Sam, he replaced the shrubs at no charge (and the new ones are doing just great). Anyways, we are very, very happy with our patio, and very happy with Timberwood. We highly recommend them!

Description of Work: 1300 sq ft paver patio, fire pit, seat walls, step and wall lighting with home landscape lighting. 1/2 acre landscape with >20 trees, and tens of shrubs, plants, etc. Large boulders. Front paver walk. Meticulous. Impressive work. Did work in three phases. Each time thinking we would use someone else if they did not live up to expectations, however we kept bring them back and will do so in the future. Highly recommended. Pricey, but we got several estimates and Timberwood fell in the middle of the pack for pricing estimates. No extra/hidden costs.

+ 0 moreStarted the work on Thursday and was completed by Tuesday mid-day. Wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone. Sam Duff is very knowledgeable and gave us all the information needed to make a decision on what we wanted done,
Description of Work: 3 half circle rock border, 1 quarter circle border, two paver steps off sliding glass door, one step off patio to grass, top soil on all beds, mulch on all beds, fertilizer, plant 2 boxwoods, destroy 2 decorative grasses.

+ -1 moreSam was wonderful to work with. He was straightforward about what the estimate included and did not continue to increase the price as the project went along. His team showed up the first day and worked tirelessly Monday through Friday 9-5 for 5 weeks, and they worked hard - not talking on cell phones, taking smoke breaks, texting, etc. They were kind and respectful, meticulous and obviously took pride in their work. We have done many projects on our house and this by far was our most pleasant experience. The patio is beautiful and we have received many compliments. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sam, his assistant Dave, and his hard working crew and we cannot wait to work with them again on Phase 2 of this project!
Description of Work: Sam made a detailed design of a paver patio and backyard landscape, as well as a front walk and landscaping for opur front yard. He designed such that it could be implemented in phases as time and money permitted. We just completed our first phase: a 1300 square foot paver patio with seat walls, steps, fire pit, lighting and a walkway.
