One of our screens in the front of the house was almost completely ripped off the frame. We called The Screen Man, and John came to look at the screen with my husband. As they looked at the rest of the screens around the house they picked 5 others that needed repair because of tears. John also showed my husband how to remove and replace the screens and gave us other helpful tips to increase the life of our old and new screens. John returned with our screens two days earlier than the original estimate and returned the repaired screens to their original places. We were extremely happy with the experience and are so glad to have all of the screens repaired in time for nicer weather.

It went fine. As I say it was almost a year ago so I don't remember the details.

They were prompt. The price was good. They were professional. The quality of work and price is good. They are friendly.

The price was reasonable. He was very accommodating and wanted to work within my timeframe. He got things back in short order.

John was GREAT. The screen repair was excellent. We tried to put a dog-door in the screen. The product wasn't great, but he tried and tried to make it work. (Our dogs were too wild for the screen dog-door to work. They just beat the heck out of it.) I don't remember how many times he came over to make improvements. We never did figure out how to make it work, so he returned yet again and put new screen in (for about the 3rd time) and now he wants to refund us for the cost of the dog door. I don't know how many hours he put into this small job, but he was about the best service provider I've ever employed in any category.

Overall, everything went great! Very professional, did a great job, and very reasonably priced as well.

I couldn't be happier. I emailed John for an estimate, and he responded immediately. He came to my house yesterday afternoon (9/8/10), told me he could take them home, and have them back to me today (9/9/10). I originally only wanted an estimate, but with that kind of service, I said just do it. He was back within 36 hours with my screens. He removed all the screens, and the door, put them all back in, and I didn't have to lift a finger. He even respected my no shoes policy in my house, and that I appreciated. He was very nice, and did a great job. I will recommend him to everybody.

The project went fine and I'm very satisfied with the end result.

He did a great job. Came very quickly to take measurements and took the sliding door frame. He had to order the doggy door part. He was up front that he was travelling the following week, but informed us he'd be back in two weeks, and he was. The screens fit perfectly in our windows and they are excellent quality. We had some trouble with the doggy door. He ended up taking it back and refunding our money and re-screening the door plain. Our dog just had issues and couldn't figure it out and was pulling the whole screen out. We were very impressed with how he handled the problem--it really was not his fault, but our dog. : )

John scheduled a day to come out shortly after the initial phone contact, over the phone we discussed different types of screens for the replacement. John brought the screening material we had discussed over the phone so that I could choose the screen type and color. John is friendly and very professional, he completed the work on site working from his truck,he was very neat and he cleaned up all the old screen material to discard. John took down the screens to repair and replaced them when he had finished, I really feel the price is excellent for such great service and quality of work!!! The new screens look great!

John provides a wonderful service for people like me who don't know how to do any home repairs!! Well worth the price.

I called the Screen Man on a Tuesday morning and we arranged for him to arrive Thursday morning between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. He called Thursday morning at 8:15 to let me know he was on the way, about a half an hour out. He arrived at 8:45, very promptly, and took a look at both items to be repaired. He quoted the price accurately for both screen repairs. He set up shop from the back of his utility truck in my drive, and quickly repaired the broken frame/screen. He also removed the torn screen door and repair it. He then began to check why the screen doors did not roll well. He showed me that the issue was not with the rollers, but that the bottom track had shifted with foundation settling. We discussed various solutions, and I decided to not have him shave off any of the door, but will have the track/screen doors replaced when we replace the wooden frame doors, which are water damaged. He also advised me on ways to treat the window panes for energy efficiency and also for a few that have condensation between the double panes. He gave me cards for different repairment who do that type of work at a reasonable cost. Within a week of the repairs, I received a nice, handwritten Thank You note from The Screen Man for the business. I found The Screen Man to be very honest and helpful and will definitely call him again.

He came out the next business day after my call, and completed both repairs right away. The work was fine, we are completely satisfied. He asked my opinion on the color of screen I wanted (I didn't realize there were options) but suggested matching the screen door color with a nearby window. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

We had a broken full screen, where the screen was torn and the bottom corner of the frame was broken (unwelded). He came to get the screen the evening that we called him, and took it to repair. The door is hard to place and remove the screen as well. Two days later he returned with the repaired screen, and placed it back into the door frame. Well worth the cost and the hassle to repair the frame, as well as put it back in the door. Very personable man and easy to do business with. Would refer to anyone and will definitely use again for any screen issues.

John is wonderful, he repaired the screens and fixed a few that needed new catches. He also spent 4 hours getting the names of a couple of people in Columbus that could repair Peachtree Windows, as I had been unsuccessful at getting the window company to provide anyone that could repair their windows in the Columbus area.

Fine. We have had other screen work done by John and just looked him up again for this smaller job. He did another nice job for a reasonable cost within a few days of my call.

I called John on Wednesday afternoon to request a screen repair, and he had it fixed by 10am Thursday morning. He is a very kind, professional man with customer service second to none.

Overall, a great experience. Very professional and kind individual. Would recommend without any hesitations. Cheaper than other companies contacted and enjoyed supporting solo company.

It was very good. He worked quickly. He took the screens out one day when we weren't here and brought them back the next day. They look beautiful.
