I purchased a property that was missing a lot of screens. John came out, measured, built, and replaced them for me. He was very professional, priced well, and did a quality job. It took him 2 weeks to build them and he was late getting them to me but he offered to discount the order because of the delay. I would use him again.

He took awhile to get back to us, but the screens were repaired fine. It just took him awhile to get the process done. I think I called him a couple of times. We started playing phone tags because he was having some personal issues. His prices were good though.

Took a little longer than I thought, but he warned me due to family circumstances it would be this way. Overall, very positive experience!

He spent a lot of time here and I was pleased with his work. I would use him again in the future.

I called John to provide an estimate at my daughter's house for replacement of all screens in the house. The screens were the originals from when the house was built and they all had tears or holes in them. She also had one window which did not have a screen in it, and she wanted to have a screen made so she could open the window for fresh air. It had been difficult to get the screens out of the windows, let alone find someone who could rescreen them for her. John came out the next day and gave my daughter a quote for the job- $240.00 for all 12 windows AND he offered to come to the house and set up his equipment in her garage and repair and replace the windows on-site. John was great - very professional, very knowledgeable, and very accommodating. And we were very happy with his price. My daughter set up a date about a week later for John to come out. He was at the house several hours and had the job done with no hassle. Wow, she couldn't be happier!

I called John a day or two before the Fourth of July and he got back to me the day after the Fourth even though he was on vacation. We set up a day the next week that was convenient for both of us to give an estimate. He returned within the next couple of days to do the work. At the estimate, John even fixed a small repair of another screen for me. I would definitely use him again or recommend him to someone else.

We could not find a back door screen at a local store that fit our door. We called John, he came out the same day, measured and gave me the order. A few weeks later he installed the screen door and we are as happy as can be!

The screen in our front door needed to be replaced and I wanted to use the pet friendly screen material since we have 2 dogs and a cat. The screen much stronger and is highly resistant to the abuse that animals can hae on screens. We played a little bit of phone tag but once I was able to talk to him he picked up the screen up the follow da, a Friday. Turnaround was a little slower than I expected but I'm sure this is probally one of the busiest times of the year for him. The screen was returned 11 days later. I knew the screening material would be darker, but the screening seems to be defective or of poor quality. There are areas where the lines are crooked or are spaced unevenly. I don't want to be without the screen again so I guess it will do. He did a good job installing the screen, the material just seems to be defective, but it will still work.

I had a tear in a window screen and a tear in the screen for the sliding glass door. He gave me an estimate and was able to fix the screens the same day. He advised me to keep bushes trimed away from the screens so that they would not damage the screens.He was polite and respectful.

John came out a couple of days after I sent him an e-mail through Angie's List. He had contacted me by phone to set up the appointment. He tried at first to replace the screen with the door in place but ended up removing the screen doors and taking them back to his truck to work on. He ran out of spline material before he finished all 4 doors but he came back the next morning to finish the job. John was very interesting to talk to and very professional. My wife has an eye for details and she was happy with the results also.

The "porch project" was unusual and difficult, as years ago the original contractor who build the home placed the screens in without a frame for each screen. While most of the screen shapes were rectangles, there were 4 very high and large triangle shapes that were not symetrical. The high ceiling, the high, assymetrical shapes, and the fact that there were no frames for any of the screens, all made this job a serous challenge for anyone. From start to finish, John demonstrated that he has a commitment to a very high standard of quality workmanship. I felt he gave my home the same care as he would have were this his own home, which meant in this case that he created new wood fames all of which had to be custom cut, painted and screwed in place. John also saw that my door to the porch needed a quick " fix" which would not have been his responsibility, and he did this as well so that I would not have a problem with the door in the future. I could not be more pleased. John did a perfect job--yes, perfect.

I emailed John to get an estimate for repairing my screens. One frame was slightly bent, the rest just needed new screens and new tabs for putting them in and out of the windows. He quoted me a price and once I gave him the okay we scheduled a pickup. I had already removed them from my windows as I was trying to tell him via email exactly how many screens I had, etc for my estimate. He picked them up on schedule and even emailed me once he had them as I left them out while I was at work. He sent me an email with an updated estimate - which was the same as his original email estimate. I replied to his email giving his the authorization to repair the screens. He finished them up quickly and emailed once they were done. We scheduled an evening for him to drop off and for me to submit payment. He planned to install them for me, but since I am having my windows cleaned later this week I just had him drop off my screens. I was pleased that all of my screens were marked with my name so I know I got my screens back. They are beautiful and the tabs to install/remove the screens are very sturdy. I highly recommend and will definitely use again. I'm wishing I would have just had all of my screens done so they all match with the new, high quality screen mesh he used!

Very friendly, professional, and I'm happy with the work. The new screens only took a couple of days and look great. He picked them up and replaced them so I didn't have to do a thing.

John provides exceptional customer service. He is not only punctual, but fixed my screen door in a timely manner. He does all the work! He was prompt with follow-up from the time I called to when he came by to assess. From there he took the screen door, fixed it and had it back on the rail in approx a week. He did all of this in the midst of recovering from eye surgery. He was even flexible when I was late for our appt to reinstall the door. My screen door works well now and I am considering him for other wonderful handy man jobs on my house. A++ to John and his wife (who drove him because of the eye surgery). They are great to work with and have my full endorsement.

John replced the screen and went on his way! It took about 40 minutes from start to finish.

Couldn't have asked for better service, was able to complete the job on the same day I talk to John. Would highly recommend John to anyone needing screen repair.

We contacted the company late fall 2010 for an estimate. John came and offered a 15% winter discount to take out our screens, work on them over the winter and install at our convenience Spring 2011. Enjoyed working with him and found the process to be completed very satisfactorily. Highly recommend.
