Todd replaced 6 large screens on my enclosed porch. In addition, one large vertical 4x4 had to be replaced due to it rotting at the bottom, as well as quite a few of the wood framing pieces that hold the screens in. He didn't know this until he started the job, and was very fair in his price for all the work he did. He estimated 6 hours labor for the wood repairs at $35/hr, plus materials. I painted the wood strips myself as I love to paint, but Todd offered to do that as well. If I was not a painter, I would have had him do that also. I found Todd to be very responsible and fair in his pricing; and had I hired a carpenter, this job would have cost much more! Todd did as excellent a job as any carpenter would have in my opinion. I would not hesitate to use him again for this type of work, and I highly recommend him.

Todd did an excellent job in a timely manner

When my daughters Lab tried to follow my Pomer thru a small dog entry, there was not much left to the screen. Todd was able to locate a much larger entry and installed this with a thicker screen. Great Job.Very impressed with his work and courteous attitude. Now if this pup of hers does any more damage, she has a problem.

Reasonable price. Did a quality job including a heavier screen. Offered and installed the screen in the sliding door while I watched a baby... that was a much appreciated effort to go above and beyond my expectations.

My husband called Todd on a Friday and he was here promptly on Monday morning. He was very professional. He took a look at our screen door to see what the problem was and efficiently fixed it in about 10 mintues. I wish we had called him sooner! We would definitely use him again.

He was right on time (10:30am) at the estimate appointment. He was courteous and professional. If you prefer to support an entrepreneur, this is the guy you want to call. I will be recommending him to all of my friends.

Todd provided great customer service, and did a great job replacing the screen on our sliding patio door which was sun-worn, and damaged by our dog who decided it was an easy exit just to go through! Todd presented a couple of options for replacement screen. He took the door with him, and returned later that afternoon to re-install.

Although it took awhile (busy season), all the screens were delivered and installed as agreed. The owner takes great pride in his work and we are very happy with his service. We'll be contacting him again to repair our screen doors.

John did not show up on the agreed upon start date. I waited a couple of days and then called to see if I had made a mistake on the start date. After another call to him, we connected and he came back out to the house to have another discussion about how to tackle the screen repair. We agreed on starting with a couple of screens, evaluating the results and then determine whether John should continue with the other screens. He was going to come back in two days to start the work. He called and postponed the start date and I have yet to see him. I have contacted him by phone and email and have not heard back from him. John seemed like a qualified, honest man and I would have enjoyed working with him. My frustration is with his lack of communication. I am assuming he did not want to do the job so why not just tell me. I would still give him a chance to remake our screens but I will start to look else where because his lack of communication leaves me with no sense of his interest in the job.

I had used john to replace screens and a frame about three years ago, John did an excellent job then and I was not disappointed this time. I plan to use him again this fall, instead of waiting until spring when he will be swamped

Excellent. the Screen Man came to my house after work to remove the screens and a couple of days later came to my house early in the morning to re-install the screens so I didn't have to take any time off work. He is very personable and the work was excellent quality.

The Screen Man did a wonderful job, quickly, professionally, and for the lowest price quote I was able to find. The door had been rescreened twice before and had blown out again. The Screen Man guaranteed his work.

We originally contacted The Screen Man in May, 2013 to get an estimate to re-screen our porch. He provided a written estimate but did not state specifically the date by which the work would be completed (my bad for not insisting this be on the estimate). The Screen Man stated that he would not be able to start the work until early June. We did not hear from him in June and I made at least three calls to him before he returned my call. He stated he had been on vacation (of which he failed to inform us) but would start the work in July. Her did finally start the work in early July. The work ended up being high quality and very thorough. However, our biggest frustration was that The Screen Man did not work on our porch everyday and we never knew when he would show up to work on the porch. When he did show up, he rarely stayed for more than about 2 hours at a time. He was often hard to reach when we wanted to know what was going on. It took him until the end of August to finish the work - eight weeks to do what was probably a two week job. We hired The Screen Man because of his very high Angie's list ratings. Our experience was not totally consistent with those ratings. One other "positive" was that The Screen Man did not require any up front payment until the work was done. If I used his services again, I would have to have a written commitment regarding the work timeline.

They replaced all of my porch screens. Did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

We decided to get the repair service from The screen Man, John came on site the scheduled day and took off the damaged screen, and brought to his pickup. About 30 minutes, the new window screen was back on. The only difference that the material for the mesh, it was alumnium but this new one is plastic nylon. Everything else was perfect. Thanks

Very nice man to work with. Only problem was the errors in his measuring; so he had to come back about 3 times to get it right. Quite slow , but he is the only one doing the work. My husband helped him each time he came back. Quality of work was good also.

The guy from The Screen Man did a quality work. I like his workmanship, communication and timeline. Their price is very reasonable.

John, The Screen Man, made all the screens for our porch. He informed us he would do the job after Memorial Day. He began working on our screens the day after Memorial Day and finished the following day. He was prompt, courteous, personable, cleaned up the debris and disposed of the old screens. He did a professional job. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any screening job done. I will definitely use him for any future screening I may need.

The Screen Man responded to my email within minutes. He came within one business day to give an estimate. We thought we might need all of the screens replaced, but he told us most of them were in great shape and to save the money. We only needed a few replaced. We appreciate the honesty. The work was done quickly, at great quality, and a competitive price. We will call again for sure!

He quoted us thousands of dollars, it was ridiculous. I got it done for a couple of hundred. He was off by an order of magnitude. I asked, don't you think that is a little high and he got real snippy with me. It was way too expensive, it just wasn't going to work for me. I don't think they came, they did it over the phone.
