+ 0 moreThey were not prompt, professional and their owner was rude to me. I was in tears. They didn't do what they were supposed to do. The whole thing was a disaster.
Description of Work: There was a problem with the sink bib that runs from the washing machine into the wall, and the drain line. I had also asked them to flush the hot-water tank.

+ -1 moreThe plumber failed to show up as promised at my house even after I took off work to meet him at my house on two occasions before finally showing up. They did not return phone calls and did not finish the job by removing the old hot water tank as promised.
Description of Work: I was referred to The Plumb Master by First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation as I have a home warranty and my hot water tank was leaking. The hot water tank was covered under my home warranty policy. However, The Plumb Master charged me $300 to install the hot water tank. The hot water tank was not new, but was a show room model. They were to remove to old hot water tank in 30 days. They never removed the old hot water tank.
