One word: "Unresponsive." Our relationship with Brad started off well--we met once to discuss our wish-list as well as the possibility of him helping us rent out our townhouse. He spent another afternoon showing us several houses, and on that first trip we happened to find the house we were looking for. Brad also came through in finding a reliable renter for our townhouse. During this time he was reasonably accessible--he would usually call back the same day if I left a message with questions. Once deals had been signed for both our new house and with a renter for our townhouse, however, there was near-total radio silence--any questions via phone or email took several days (and usually several calls/emails from me) to receive any sort of response from him. One final issue that was left unresolved last fall was whether he had arranged for home warranty coverage on the townhouse, and after several attempts to clarify the status of this coverage with no response, I wrote him off as a complete lost cause and assumed the coverage was not in place. Now, almost 6 months later, he has forwarded me an email from the home warranty company saying that they still hadn't received payment for the coverage, with no other explanation (or even a "hello"). When I emailed him back to try and clarify the status of the coverage, I again received no response. The only reason Mr. Brandt gets a 'D' from us is that he did, in fact, find us a home we love and a renter for our townhouse. Other than those saving graces, this experience earned him a huge 'F.' We would never use him again, and would caution all friends/family against using him as well.
Description of Work: We used Brad as a buyer's agent for the purchase of a home in Sepember 2012. He also helped us find a renter for our previous townhouse, which we were unable to sell.
