We hired Tara and Tim Bebinger as our selling and buying realtors in September. We cannot describe how AMAZING this experience was. Tara helped us to find our literal dream home and just as quickly sold our other home - it was in contract within six hours of listing! We worked with Tim for almost 18 months and he responded to every text or email quickly. Tim was very helpful when it came to making decisions and staying within our budget. The service TNT provides is easily the best out there.

We wanted to purchase a property in Grove City Ohio. It was important to us to?find a good opportunity in this area. The property which was ultimately purchased was in contract just prior to our walkthrough. Tim continued to help us find another opportunity. A few weeks later the property was available again, however, because of the level of interest we had to bid against multiple buyers. The bid was due immediately and Tim made sure that everything happened quickly enough that we did purchase the home. Tim was available at all times and happily?responded with the accurate information we needed.

Tim is a phenomenal real estate agent. We were very impressed by his knowledge of not only the home buying process but his background in renovation was extremely helpful in pointing out flaws in the homes that we would not have noticed ourselves. Tim was very prompt in responding to our calls, texts and emails and was quick to answer all of our questions. Not once did Tim put pressure on us to make quick decisions during the home buying process. We most definitely will use Tim & Tara for any of our future real estate needs and will be recommending them to all of our family and friends.

Working with Tim and Tara Bebinger made the purchase and selling of our homes so much easier! They did all the work! They both communicate openly, are very patient, and were so willing to be flexible with us. We talked to her, and she told us what real estate would be able to sell the house and she cares and that is kin of why we needed to work on the house first. She probably would get all A's through. Her response and punctually was great and she told us her ideas and she gave us the issue concerning the basement and basically gave us the recommendation and we were very happy with her.We had to clean out my dad's house. She did send me another email and she kept contacting us.

I bought my first home 5 years ago from Tim. I was in a tight time constraint to buy a house after going different directions with another realtor. Tim helped me find my house within weeks and everything from start to close was seamless. I listed my house this past July to sell and my experience with Tara was just as exceptional as it was with Tim. I was informed and kept up to date on my house with email communciations. Although my house didn't sell due to the market, I did utilize Tim and Tara to help me rent the house. They took care of phone screening, contract negotiations, and lease signing. Everything happened within 3 days and I was actually out of town so it was very clutch that Tara was able to take care of everything for me.

We closed on our home in may 2011.

Everything has gone well with them.

They received about 3% of the sale price of our old home and 3% or the purchase price of our new home as commission. They were conscientious and dedicated to customer service.

Tim took me to about 20 houses before I found the one I wanted. He worked very hard to get the best deal possible from the selling agent and was very helpful in pointing out some trouble areas in some of the houses and how those things would need to be addressed or effect resale value.

Tim was very informative and showed us the way through the whole process, he wasn't pushy, but made sure we made all our deadlines. He made us feel very comfortable in buying our first home. Several months later we still talk to him from time to time. Our experience with him was great and I will use him again!
