Sue Berg

Sue was the second realtor I hired to list and sell my home in Dublin. While the first did a good job being responsive, Sue took it to an entirely different level. During business hours she returned my calls within an hour, and that was only if she didn't pick up right away, which was most of the time. If I needed another service --i.e., someone to weed my garden and cut my lawn, she found someone to do that with no problem. She has a great network of people with whom she works. Sue does not mess around. She is in business to sell real estate. That is what she does, and she does it very well. She understands that a property is worth only what someone is willing to pay for it. She will not BS you with a high price to get your listing, and she will not under price it just to get it sold. Her attitude is that it should be a fair deal for everyone. She does enough business that she can afford to be patient and not pressure anyone. I very much appreciate her support and her knowledge during a very difficult time for me.

She was phenomenal and really great. We saw less than 10 homes and she found exactly what we were looking for. She listened incredibly well and we saw the first 4 or 5 houses just based on a phone call my wife had with her. We went out the second time and she found a house that was just perfect. Her pricing was fabulous and she was very experienced. She would answer our text messages or emails right away. My wife said she was the best real estate agent she has ever worked with. I recommend her to anyone in the Columbus, Ohio area who needs a real estate agent.

I contacted Sue via email. I stated that my husband and I were seeking a real estate agent to assist us in selling our current home and purchasing a new one. I also informed her that we were interviewing a few Realtors. Sue was very responsive and willing to help. She agreed to meet me at home at my convenience. She was very friendly, both over the phone and in person. At our meeting she provided me with a free Comparative Market Analysis to help determine the market value of our home. She also thoroughly presented her marketing plan which not all Realtors do. Sue is very personable and very professional. She really took the time to answer my questions (even with my children running around in the background). We went with another Realtor because she is from our area of town originally and she agreed to discount her commission. With that being said, I would definitely recommend Sue based on our meeting and previous contact.
