Description of Work: This is the 3rd time and 3rd house we have used Solar Tex. We are very satisfied with their service. This time we had a large window above our fireplace and 2 small windows covered with a sun blocking film.

Description of Work: We had security film installed on our patio door. | |Sales women Missy was professional prompt for our appointment. She thoroughly explained the process and product. | |Crew was right on time very quick and professional. They explained how to care for the film on the window during curing and after, and completely cleaned up afterward. The process was very easy, and did not interrupt the day. | |We did have a slight issue with a fish-eye in the film after curing. I contacted the office,they came promptly and took care of it immediately. The film is perfect as the day it was done,can't even tell it is there, and it has been almost a year. |I recommend this company and feel very safe with my security film. I would use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreExcellent. They have a nice display so you can see the levels of tinting and clearly were very experienced. They indicated it would take 3 1/2 hours and it did. They also had invoiced prepared when we made our selection so it was clear what costs was which we found to be very reasonable. When we picked up car it was clean and ready to go. They even filled out warranty card.
Description of Work: Window tinting applied to new BMW X-5. They helped in evaluate choices.

+ -1 moreThe estimator and the installer were both prompt and efficient. The installer worked quickly, quietly, and cleaned up completely.
Description of Work: We had all the west and south-facing windows tinted in our new home to protect our furniture, carpeting, paint, and woodwork. The tint should also help keep out some of the heat in warm weather. Solar-tex was recommended by our interior decorator. It's not cheap but the tinting will pay off in the long run.

+ -1 moreAMAZING!! FROM THE PERSON WHO TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS AND PROVIDED THE ESTIMATE, TO THE INSTALLATION CREW--I WOULDN'T HAVE CHANGED A THING. EVERYONE ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. I'VE LIVED IN THIS HOUSE FOR OVER A YEAR. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER THE A/C HAS BEEN ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE THERMOSTAT. TYPICALLY MY HOUSE WOULD BE 80 TO 82 DEGREES AT THE END OF THE DAY (THERMOSTAT SET AT 75). IT WOULD TAKE UNTIL 5:00 A.M. FOR IT TO COOL DOWN TO 75 AND FOR THE A/C TO SHUT OFF. SINCE THE INSTALLATION OF THE FILM, THE HOUSE IS COOL AND THE A/C SHUTS OFF AT 9:30 P.M. INSTEAD OF 8 HOURS LATER. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THE 3M FILM IS GUARANTEED FOR AS LONG AS I OWN THE HOUSE.
